Door Dash sent the wrong order. We ordered Deep Dish Pizza and Cheese Sticks. What we received was a large pepperoni, A LARGE... sausage and a large cheese. It was NOT consumed by my family because they do not like either of pizzas. Read more

Called phone order for pickup Lrg ultimate supreme pizza along the way home Anna, TX from Garland-Richardson area of Dallas, TX... once we got about 20 minutes from Anna location. Got there & said, pickup for Joe it was coming out the oven, boxed & cut. Paidcash got my change & pizza & continued on my way home before deadline time. Keep up the good work. Read more

Horrible customer service From this franchise owner.... Our Little Caesars app placed in automatic order how I have no idea, We... called the next day when we realized what happened One of the employees said to call back when his manager was around. Today weshowed up to ask for a refund or Store credit. The store franchise OWNER says that he remembered that order was placed and afteran hour he threw it away all away (no call, no warning) and that he can no longer help us very aggressively! Definitely deletingthe app, calling corporate on Monday, and never having anything to do with this Little Caesars. Read more

Came to eat after 8:30 unaware that they closed at 9. Ordered a pizza and when it came out the ?manager? says ?for future... reference after 830 we are only doing pepperoni and cheese Becauee we are about to close?. Maybe he wasn?t intending on soundslike he attitude but it definitely came off that way. I understand it?s little Caesar?s and I?m not expecting fine diningservice. But that sounds like something you should inform your employees not the customer. I would have taken it with a grain ofsalt but I could over hear him in the back barking orders the whole time. I don?t generally do these reviews but it reallydidn?t sit well with me that he felt he needed to inform me in a lobby full of people. I would have said something but I?m notinterested in going back and forth with the pizza place. Read more

We got there kind of late (before closing), and we know it's a little bit of a peeve when customers show up late asking for... something to be made but we greatly appreciate that they made a fresh pizza for us. It was delicious. Thank you guys! AndAshley, for making the pizza. We'll be back for sure. Read more

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered online an hour before and they still messed up my order then tried to tell me it was my... fault because I didn't check my order before I left the store.....yet I checked my order while I was still in my car in theparking lot! The pizza was delicious and greasy. I got some butter garlic flavor and put it on a pizza was delicious. Also got some green... beans and cheese bread. the person that served me wasn't the nicest but what are you going to do. I also got a root beer whichI've been craving lately. Read more
