20 minute wait at the #2 reserved thrive through parking. My child is crying because he's hungry and I guess was wrong about... fast-fast food. I'm not angry but staff needs to be trained more. Poor girl bringing food out had to constantly go in and out inthis cold trying to get her orders right! At the end she was very smart on deciding to write people's orders on her phone tomake it easier on her end. But,... I'm still waiting because someone else took my food . Read more
Changed from a 4 star to a 1 star. Service here is now horrible. All employees need to be retrained. They are so rude and they... rush your order and eventually get it wrong. I've also experienced the credit card machine not working on 4 occasions and Icouldn't buy food because I didn't have cash. This is extremely bad. If there was another McDonald's in Anna I wouldn't evercome here again. Horrible experience! Read more
Unfortunately the staff is a bunch of zombies who will just stare at you if you approach the front counter to make a food order.... They want you to leave them alone and use the germ covered kiosk that more than likely does not get wiped down. This place is constantly out of stuff. Came here last week they were out of medium cups. You could only order a large or... small(this is a constant issue). Brought my son For the new limited edition cactus plant flea market meal and they were out ofthe boxes. Literally rolled out yesterday and they do not have the boxes. Read more
I see a sign for spicy nuggets in the drive thru, and they ?don?t serve them anymore? I had a code for $1 large fries, and... somehow it?s invalid.. i asked for sweet and sour sauce, and they were out. Are you out of EVERYTHING? I'm putting three stars because I've had great food from this place in the mornings. But at night there are too many times when... they are only accepting cash it is a absolute crapshoot if I'm going to be able to order there. The worst part is they don'tput up a sign explaining that so I often have to waste my time waiting 5 to 10 minutes in a drive-thru line just to hear thatthey are only accepting cash. I'm patient and don't mind waiting for food I do mind having my time wasted. Put up a sign. This happened at 10:30 on a Friday night which is a very weird time to only be accepting cash. Read more
This restaurant is clean, fully staffed and the employees are friendly. The lobby is open. I had breakfast there and ordered... the big breakfast with hotcakes thru the mobile app for dine in.
