Ordered online at around 1:30PM. At 2:30PM I call and ask where the order is, and get told it should be to my house in 20 - 25... minutes. There was an issue with the online system. About 20 minutes later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. Iwaited until 3:20PM to call again and get the status and the automated system says my order is in the oven and won't show upuntil some time after 4PM. Read more
We ordered a large pizza and breadsticks at 11:30 and we got delivered with the wrong order at 12:15, so I called them back... saying I received a wrong order the store manager talked to me and said she will send the correct one but at 12:40 the deliveryperson came to pick up the order they delivered and told us that our order will be ready in 18-20 mins but instead the managercalled me back at 1:10 saying that she cannot make the order as it will get more delayed and she just gives me refund. It wasthe lunch time and by now we were waiting for food for 2 hours and she says she can send us the food. I asked her why dint sheinform me earlier she dint care to respond to me . Pizza was good but I think they were possibly short staffed. Had to stand there 3-5 minutes before acknowledged by anyone.
Disgusting! The pizza was raw (dough). I called to get a refund, finally someone answered and I explained to her about the pizza... and she says their busy she can?t help me, but a manager can. I told her ok so she puts me on ?hold?and I hear them all crackingjokes, laughing cussing, etc? I guess too busy for customer service but not play time! What a joke. I never write reviews but I had to say this location was A+++++! Why there are so many bad reviews??? This was the best papa... johns we have ever had and we've lived all over the country! Both pizzas (pepperoni and hawaiian) were absolutely delicious,fresh and piping hot. Ordered online and pizzas were delivered within 20 min. Service was outstanding. Thank you we loved it! Read more
READ TILL THE END! Was NOT IMPRESSED with the quality of pizzas I received. Was NOT happy with the price ($56-online order that... wouldn't apply coupon and discounts). Was expecting the spinach Alfredo pizza to be like in the old days...if you know what I'mtalking about. Called about my concerns, brought the pizzas back (minus the cheese bread my younger daughter wanted because shewas hungry) I knew they were not happy with me. Papa John's has good pizza, but this is supposed to be a meat lovers and before my family ate it, the very minuscule amount of... toppings were all concentrated in the middle. The bread sticks have no flavor, but at least they provide garlic butter.Otherwise, it was okay, but come on Papa John's, I had hope in you! Read more
Robert was amazing! They were having some technical difficulties, but he still worked through it and got me my pizza in record... time! Some of the best pizza I?ve had in years! The pizza was loaded with toppings and cheese and the brownie was the perfectending to a fulfilling meal. Definitely recommend this location if you?re in the Anna area.
