- 5 STAR : Horrible spot. I counted over 25 box rental trucks, bobtails, and cars taking up full slots. Went in to buy soda. ... Had to hunt someone down to check me out. They were busy having a pow wow by the drink machines while everyone waited in line. I got rung up; the cashier got snotty with me because I asked for my receipt. Her remark was, "I not a mind reader." I snarklyasked her, "I have to tell you how to do your job?" She came back with a real snide reply. I could go on. This place isn'tworth it. 0 respect for the drivers! They can?t spend some money and fix showers problems. Unacceptable.
I just received the worst customer service I ever received in my life. The cashiers at the front was unexplainable nice sweet an... respectful but the the service in the Huddle House was horrible. The waitress walked by me 4 times before she asked me did Iwant a drink which she should of asked way earlier. I seated myself an even got up to get my own menu not to mention when Ifinally got my drink it was a small to go cup with a can Dr Pepper an I ordered my food for dine in. That was the breakingpoint. I love this place??I was able to take a shower, wash my clothes, eat some good food, buy my basic necessities before parking and... sleeping in my car for the night, and the staff is very accommodating, so I may never leave... They r hiring afterall???? Everyone needs to go in and eat at the Huddle House and enjoy some damn good food made by this amazingly wonderfulwoman???? Well it's Sunday and this place has been hopping thanks to a much needed extra cook that will make your mouth waterjust from smelling the food cooking, and a cute young driven waitress that really loves her job!! It's about time this swampedoverworked woman gets a break, way to go Huddle House for recognizing how much she keeps this place in business, I thinkeveryone would agree it would probably run into the ground without her and her new crew, love it???? Today is April 4, and thispoor woman is back to doing all the work, as usual, it really makes me sad to see that hardly anyone has a good work ethicanymore, people think they are too entitled cause everything is handed to them, and that's not how we were raised, but the timesthey r a changing!!! Went to eat dinner at their Huddle house diner but the one lady working said nobody showed up for work & she's closing up to go... get her broken tooth fixed or pulled. Bless her heart. Wasted Trip because they can't keep nobody that wants to work there. Read more
