I give two stars because the food quality has improved lately. However, I just can't bring myself to come to this particular... Whataburger more often than about once a year. I pulled in today and ordered some taquitos. There were 4 cars in front of me and1 car in the second lane. I ordered my food at 10:46am and they handed it to me at 11:14am. That's too long! Update** Decidedto try again today! Did a curbside order. Felt like it would be easier so I didn't get stuck in line behind slow people. Itsaid to show up around 10:00 to 10:03. I got here right at 10:00 and got my food at 10:24. It's very annoying to have to wait30-60 minutes to get fast food. Read more
I came back home to my parent's home in Anna, TX after being away for few years. My mom took me to the new Whataburger in Anna &... we used a coupon for drive thru order to take back home & eat. The service was alright & the food was good. I had to ask fornapkins & ketchup which caused us to wait longer. Always room for improvement. Read more
We only go for the milkshakes. Much better than Sonic down the street.. and oh, the sandwiches are really good. Skip the drive... through. It faster if you go inside to do takeout. Read more
Going to give a 1 star going on 20 mins still waiting for my burger since the fry machine was down. 7 employees in dining room... eating and I understand that but left the manager helpless in the kitchen Idk if they're lazy but I'm hungry. Incredibly slow, regardless of if you order ahead. Listed wait time was 5-7 minutes on app, waited 20 to leave the house, 10... minutes to get there, then 45 minutes in line to pick up. Driver 2 cars ahead literally fell asleep and a manager had to walkout and wake him... Read more
Just left this location and was impressed with the quickness, politeness, and overall experience. The young man at the window... carefully wiped down our drink, which might not seem like a big deal, but when you get a sticky wet drink almost every time atsome locations, you learn to appreciate that small step.
