Truly a special place. Good pizza and friendly staff. Focus is on delivery but I usually do take out.
I love Big Bite BUT yesterday I ordered in person 4 orders of 24 boneless chicken wings. I paid by credit card and it was... expensive and asked that they were delivered the next day. When I got back to my car I realized I didn?t leave a tip and wentback in and gave them a $20 tip. Today when they were delivered to my sisters house on time and good, the delivery person satthere and said he wasn?t tipped and he would not leave until he got another $20 tip. I am not sure who to blame but I guess thepeople with whom I bought the wings didn?t share with the delivery person. And there is a charge for delivery. Read more

Ordered pizza with an expected delivery window of 10:50-11:00. The pizza arrived at 11:50 and was not even lukewarm when it was... delivered. I?m not generally a complainer or a negative poster, but this is unacceptable. I won?t be ordering from here againmostly because there was no apology or attempts at mitigating the issue like notifying me ahead of time when I called 25 minutesafter the expected delivery time (it still arrived five minutes later than the time provided at my phone call). Their wings are seriously the best I've ever had. I don't know if they buy their bleu cheese dipping sauce or make it in-house... but I love it. Their gyro is pretty good and generously portioned no complaints there. I can't say that the pizza is the bestI've had (there's a certain family-owned pizza place/store in Arlington that will always have that honor) but it's still totallysolid. Don't let the appearance of the restaurant deter you from ordering. The food is good and they make it fast so it's alwaysready when I arrive. Read more
Well I'd love to have something great to say with the local restaurants. BUT.... Once again ordered food. Wrong order given. We... asked for sauce on the side for both subs. And the ever so sweet pizza sauce was on the sub! Asked for cold items on side sinceit takes time to get home settled food to kids b4 we eat. And the animals!!! The chips are stale. It was nice not to be chargedfor sour cream. Have to wonder if they knew that they were stale at this time. To recap... Food is good. Hot as can be. Sub is agood size. Wow!!!! Really enjoyed this Steak & Cheese. It wasn't soggy and it was so meaty and full of flavor.
