I ordered from this store for delivery multiple times. The quality of pizza is good around 70%, I only complained them one time... for totally messed up the order, delivered me not what I ordered, but today order it is unacceptable. I ordered 2 pizzas: 1specialty and 1 free reward 2 toppings, delivery time is fine, pizzas look good, I ate few slices and taste is good but you knowwhat ? After biting another piece I feel it didn't taste like pizza I spit it out, you know what I see, it is black soil inpizza bread, I think it mixed with dough then bake, it is not the black thing of burn bread, it is more to me like black soilyou use in your garden. I took pictures of them here. This totally ruined my eating mood. I will never get pizza from this storeever again. I can accept order messed up but I can't accept this. Read more
Horrible service. Ordered delivery and when the driver got here he harassed and complained about his tip. His first words were... ?I can see why nobody wanted to take your order? As if anybody asked for his thoughts. He then proceeded to say if we didn?thave money then to not tip at all. I think your workers, and anybody in general, should be more grateful for whatever theyreceive. This shows that these workers are clearly allowed to behave like this and nothing will be done to them. I hope theylose their job soon or learn how to communicate with their customers better because this is absurd. Not only this but the foodwas cold, missing items, and the pasta we received was nearly empty and looked like somebody had touched it. I can?t imagine anyperson/worker to be this disrespectful over not getting a certain amount of tip. If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. So it has been over 80 minutes since I have ordered my pizza. The manager let me know that they have had over 3000 orders for 4... drivers... Although I am sure that it is an extreme exaggeration... let's assume that this is the case, they shouldautomatically warn anyone ordering that their delivery will take hours. I would caution anyone from ordering here again untilthey can figure out their staffing issues. Note: There way no offer of any discount or refund for this extreme delay. Read more
Not trustworthy. It was a first and bitter experience. The Manager or Someone posing to be Manager was extremely rude and... unapologetic at their error. I placed an order on phone, unit price and total price was given. I went for pick up, same pricewas announced at the Cashier's. With all trust and confidence, I swiped my card just to reach home and discover that a higheramount was actually charged. I called back for explanation and correction but all the rude guy kept telling me is that the priceI paid was the actual price. I asked him to listen the recording of my order on their system to disprove me, but he wouldn't. Tofurther prove that they are full of wrong information, they recorded a strange Last Name on my order: not even one letter ofthat name is in my actual Last name. I wonder where the name came from. Funny indeed, he was threatening me to never buy fromthat spot again, as if I will be stupid enough to go back there again. Read more
I orders 2 pizzas, 2 orders of stuffed cheese bread, and an order of lava cakes. When the order was delivered, the lava cakes... were missing. I called and they said it would be an hour, but they would deliver the cakes. About an hour later the lava cakesarrived, but they were not "lava cakes" (see photo) This is how my lava cakes were delivered. I asked for extra sauce when I ordered but ended up getting nothing but dough. the pepperoni and sausage one seemed somewhat... decent with the little amount of sauce they put on. I called them and said there was nothing they can do and that the managerclaimed all their pizzas had sauce on them and there were no pizzas that didn't have sauce. didn't seem like it to me. notordering from them again that's for sure Read more
The pizza is always delicious. It?s close to our house and we mostly use their coupon. We get a good deal from Dominos. Staff... are accommodating and customer service is good. Read more
Walked in to place takeout order and i watched them make everything from pizza to pasta to sandwiches WITHOUT gloves. Touching... everything phones, trash bins then go back to making food. Who runs this joint ? Go somewhere cleaner. Read more
