I am a fan of K culture. So I always cherished to visit Korean restaurant. That restaurants First impression was bad. The... receptionist was rude. We didn?t do pre booking. We didnt know that we have to book our table before. They said 20 minutes waittime. After finally we went there. They didn?t gave us any menu. Only little menus were on top of the tables. We requested themto give us fresh and clean tongs and grill. They said they can?t. They forgot to give us salad. We had to request for salad. Ourmeat was running out. The waitress was standing without asking that if we want refills. Then we requested for refills, they waythey behaved like I was from Mars. I was feeling like we are minority. The Food. Staffs were rude. I gave $5 tips. The staffsaid minimum tips is 20% of total bill. I?m surprised. Is it under Korean restaurant policy or American Korean policy? I shouldnot be bound to give tips that they demand, rather I should give tips that I can afford. I?m not going there anymore. Worstexperience. In this economic situation, I saved money so I can eat Korean food. I didn?t know that I have to save money forpaying 20% tips too. Worst experience. Read more

This is the most run down restaurant I have never been to. The photos look nicer than the actual environment. The side dishes... were pretty good but the potato salad and the steam egg soup are pretty much bland with a bit raw egg flavor in it. We were notoffered any menu except the small stand on the table which is the all you can eat menu. There were 2 staff in the restaurant atthe time, the young waiter was professional and kind, the elder waitress however turn off the stove and left our half cookedfood in the middle for 10 mins to chat with other tables. It occurred a couple of times, our food were either undercooked orovercooked cause she was either impatient as if she was scraping trash or was attending other tables. She also spared any smalltalk smile or any pleasantries and saved them for other tables. It was quite apparent and we are the only Asian (but not Korean)table at the restaurant. This is probably the first time ever I felt some subtle discrimination dinning in a restaurant. I feltrushed nor served. The lunch all you can eat is $30.99 per person, the food is subpar for the price and the attitude andambience doesn't justify the cost. I honestly could not understand the raving reviews. I was here cause someone recommended it.????Just don't come here ever. Read more

This is our ?go-to? Korean bbq spot in Annandale. Because of the large amount of food my family consumes and my desire for... variety, we always go to all you can eat Korean bbq?s.. This place still is probably one of the cheapest ayce places for Koreanbbq: $30 per person. My 5 yr old was charged $10 and my 3 yr old was charged $6.. So we loove their salad; it goes so well withany meat.. we usually go in the order of brisket (????), pork belly (???) then lastly with small intestine (??). I can honestlysay this place has the best gopchang we?ve had anywhere. The service is always super fast too, which is a must for us withlittle kids screaming they are hungry every 10 seconds. Overall, this place is awesome!! Read more

My new favorite place to have Korean BBQ. The place had a nice comfy feeling. The meat was fresh and the seasoning of the meat... was spot on. The marinated steak and the beef intestine was my favorite. I was skeptical if the intestine would be chewy butno, it was soft and didn't have a smell. There was only one dipping sauce but it is so addictive. I had to get a refill. Therewasn't many side dishes but they were fresh and when we asked for a refill, they gave us 2x the amount. The service was great, the workers were kind and frequently asked if we needed anything and of course the food tastes good. Will definitely be back! Read more

Tucked into the back of a massive parking lot with a small, slightly hidden sign, this Oegadgib spot may not look like much, but... it's incredible. While they specialize in KBBQ, their individual dishes are also phenomenal. My friend and I stopped by for alate lunch around 3 PM on a Saturday and were hankering for Korean food, but weren't quite ready for the heaviness of KBBQ(especially considering what a steal their all you can eat deal is). I ordered their soondubu jjigae, and he enjoyed theirbibimbap, both of which were incredible. Their soondubu was slightly more watery than what I'm used to (as in the soup baseseemed slightly thinner instead of being broth-based or having, say, a cornstarch slurry to make it thicker), but was stilldelightful. The stew was incredibly flavorful, and the bites of bibimbap that I stole from my friend's plate were alsodelicious. The one interesting piece about the bibimbap was that it came with a liquid on the side (the white bowl to the rightof my friend in the photo) that seemed like a soup at first, but was actually a sauce. That made it way too salty to enjoy onits own, so that's something to look out for! Each of their banchan were also delightful and perfectly prepared. Highlyrecommend this spot if you're in Annandale and searching for a solid spot that'll provide you great standalone Korean dishes andKBBQ! Read more
