Upon ordering last night I first ordered a Large half cheese half margarita Pizza, and a large whole black olive and... mushroom.. First the margarita pizza is not a real margarita pizza I know because I'm Italian. It has very small strips of basil..no basil leaves whole, it had no round pieces of fresh mozzarella, and no fresh tomatoes either on top. When ordering deliveryit should be told to the customer your margarita pizza just means pieces of basil and not traditional margarita pizza. I calledto complain to Jovani but he did nothing about it. I hung up and then opened up the black olive and mushroom pizza and it waseven worse. There was barely any mushroom, and what mushrooms are there are very very over cooked, and the olive tasted bad andthere was an EXTREME amount of olive at that so no even trying to pick some off to get rid of the taste. I love olives but theseDid Not taste good at all and plastered all over the pizza as if I asked for extra olive but I did not. I called back thismorning to speak to Jovani again before they even opened and this guy wouldn't even let me finish my sentences, he rudely cut meoff and wouldn't let me finish my complaint and rudely refused to help me or return any of the 55 dollars purchase I made. Biggest reason for 3 star is that the tip calculator on the app is wrong, if you select 18% the number it gives you including... tips is actually 24% of your bill. Each number scales up. So this feels dishonest even though it might just be a mistake. Whenyou opt for delivery you might be missing some items, but the food quality is always good. Pick up is the way to go for greatfood and all your items. If they fixed the broken "calculator" and get more consistent on delivery, I'd rather rate it 5 Read more
Pizza was not XL as ordered , didn?t have fresh basil and it was not fresh mozzarella, over priced and didn?t deliver my soda! ... I will not recommend to hospital staff!!!! Read more
They didn?t send bottle soda that I ordered, I called the store and they just easily offered to refund, it is not about refund... or free stuff, it is all about customer service and how professionally care your job, your customers, after i lost my appetite,doesn?t matter if you refund me money. You guys have only job to focus on, food is tasty, delivery was good however no soda is adealbreaker for dinner. Read more
Took my order, kept telling me it was on the way. Never delivered it and now they are closed and not accepting calls. I ordered... a full hour and a half before closing. It's been over 2 hours and now I am going to have to dispute payment. So much for leavinga generous tip for the driver. Pretipping was a mistake. Edit: gave up waiting and went to get fast food. Came back to itsitting in front of my door ice cold. So that's about 2.5 hour delivery time. Read more
I loved paisanos chicken wings until today :-( I placed my order and they came fast, no complaints about the service but... chicken wings today tasted exactly like the frozen bag of tysons wings I get at BJs, was it because today was 50% off?? Read more
