Deceptive: Playing with the amount of materials; Spreading the dough as thin as possible. This store is not honest.
Ordered 2 pizzas, took 1 hour to arrive even though the store is 10 mins away. One pizza was bland (and not even cut at all) the... other had non-fresh veggies. I would not order again, just order from dominos, pizza hut, or little Ceasars for better pizza.This location was good years ago, sadly thats not the case anymore. 2/5 don't waste your time or money. Highly recommend this location! The location isn?t always the most convenient but the consistency at this branch with pricing is... greatly appreciated. I apologize I don?t have a picture for this review. Guess I?ll need to order there again soon so I can addone! Read more
Do not buy pizza from here the quality is terrible the service is slow i ordered a pizza 1 hour before and they took my money... without delivering the pizza they took so long that the store closed Read more
Went to pick up my order when told it would be 10-20 minutes. Got there at 6;00 pm & had to wait because the system was... supposedly down so I couldn?t pay. . The clerk who looked like she was in training, didn?t know how to process the payments &the manager was nowhere in sight. There was another customer who was complaining because she had arrived a half an hour earlier& like myself, was unable to pay. It looked like the manager had taken some kind of lunch break (at what I would call peakhours 5-7pm when most people eat). Anyway, the clerk finally managed to find him & he was ably to immediately process mypayment. He did give the Pizza to me for half the price, but, he did not charge the customer who had been there for half anhour, ( a fellow Latino I must add). Unacceptable behavior. Read more
Food was the same as usual for Papa John's. However, the service was slow. I placed the order on line and was told it would... take 15 to 20 mins. Got there in 20 and my pizza was done but I had to wait another 10 mins for the side. By then, of course,my pizza had cooled quite a bit. Disappointing. Read more
I ordered carry out and the garlic sauce was open in the box and spilled all over my pizza and my passenger seat. I called the... store and talked to manager and he said "we have nothing to do with that." Seriously???? You sold me a pizza and I bought apizza from your store, and it happened in the pizza box came out of your store and telling me you have nothing to do with that?Wow, what a great customer service you guys are providing.
