The people are friendly but check your food before you leave. I didn't get all the toppings I ordered and Pizza Hut charges for... extra toppings. I was already home and didn't feel like driving the 15 mins back! The thicker pizza should be cooked just alittle longer. Read more
We tried the highly published Detroit Pizza...it was by far the WORST specialty Pizza I have EVER had at Pizza Hut. It barely... looked like advertised, and it was a sloppy tasteless mess. I paid for a double pepperoni and the few that I saw were burnt andshriveled. If anyone who reads this really cares I took a picture which you can gladly have. Read more
Apparently, the pizza I ordered was given to someone else and they had to remake it for me. Since it was freshly made I expected... it to be much better, than if to was standing around. It was a Detroit-style pizza and the sauce on the top was downright cold. Read more
I was given the wrong pizza at the carry-out. Luckily I was hungry enough to open the box in the car and take a slice to notice... in the parking lot it was the wrong pizza handed to me. Otherwise, they always do good! Read more
STAY AWAY - TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCT QUALITY/GUARANTEE!!!! I would give... a negative number if possible. Two times in a row they have made my pizza, a regular menu item, incorrectly. I came to the storetue next day, 8 miles, to question the alleged Mgr, Brian Tiller. He looked the pizza over, and acknowledged the pizza waswrong. He then stated to me that the pizza CANNOT be made as pictured in the promotional pictures or the TV ad. The storesreceived the Corp training videos that direct them on how to produce the new Detroit pizzas and are required to adhere to thedirections. His words... the pizza can't be made to look as it is promoted and advertised. There is a top piece contraptionplaced on the top of the pan that prevents the cheese from being run to the edge of the pie. He stated that the pie cannot havethe caramelized cheese, as pictured and advertised. He also stated he could not/would not hive me a refund of my pizza that hestated was wrong. Had a terrible delivery experience tonight! Food was good and correct. But our delivery driver didn't bring the drinks we... ordered and then said he was too busy to go back to store to get them! Initially, he said we didn't order drinks, and I showedhim on receipt we did and he said he didn't have them but would just give us a couple of 2 liters instead. Except the two 2liters were different drinks than the ones we ordered so when we said we didn't want them he got frustrated and even more rude!Eventually, he just took the bottles from me, and said fine he will go back to store but it would be a while. He said we shouldbe happy because he offered us bigger drinks than what we ordered. When we refused, he got mad at us! When did the customerbecome the bad guy? Finally, I just called store and got credited for drinks I ordered as I was so over it at that point.Probably won't be the last time we order from here because it's the closest one that delivers but wow such a rude anddisappointing display of customer service!
