I love this place. The food is really good and I?ve been eating there since before The Block got super the area next door got... renovated. However, recently, the last 4 times that I?ve ordered through mobile pickup on their app since April 2022, theyALWAYS forget to put avocado in there! The first time it happened, I let it go because mistakes happen. The second time, I triedto send an email to their customer service about it to which I received no response. The third time, I wasn?t even surprisedanymore. But now after the fourth time, I?m just really upset by it because they charge extra for avocado and I just don?t seehow they keep missing this one particular ingredient every time I order. Read more

I tried Pokeworks at Tysons Mall, and found out there is a Pokeworks closer to me in Annandale! I wanted to give this place 5... stars, but what prevented me from giving it 5 stars was the miso soup! The miso soup tasted bland. It was like I was drinkinghot water. I have had better miso soup. I don't recommend ordering the miso soup. Pokeworks should look into improving theiringredients for their miso soup. The Pokeworks burrito was amazing, just like the one I had at Tysons! It was delicious andclean. Pokeworks is a huge portion of great poke for a reasonable price. A regular bowl is $10.95 which includes two proteins and a... choose your own adventure of a huge selection of toppings. Finally a decent poke place in the area. I sampled the scallops, salmon, tuna and shrimp poke. For the price you get a lot. A... fairly large scoop of fish and plenty of other add ons. There are plenty of other poke spots opening up in the District. I'dhave to stay Pokeworks is at the top with pricing, quality, the variety of adds on in the poke and the large parking space.
