October 29th at 4.40pm I went through the drive thru and it was the worst service I've had so far the lady who delivers the... order gave me a cup of coke all wet with coke so I asked her for a napkin and she closed the window I thought she was going togive me one but when she opened the window she gave me the order and I asked her for the napkin while I still had the cup dippedin coke and she told me in the bag there I don't have time for that go away. that's not the way to treat a customer and therewas only one car behind me so they weren't busy. Staff is nice and funny. Feel like I'm transported back to the 70s when I walk in there, especially the bathrooms, so it's due... for some renovation unless you like that vintage feel. Read more
I ordered Lg Chili but what I received was a Lg cup of sauce. It had maybe 4 pieces of ground beef and 2 beans (No joke) and... they didn?t add sour cream which was ordered. I come to this Wendy?s almost everyday or every other day for lunch and normally it?s a pretty decent staff, but every since the... young Spanish lady with the glasses and two long ponytails been there every time I walk in she rude never wants to do her joband today before taking my order she pushed the order to the next employee to take . Look I?m saying this from a former generalmanager standpoint and I?m saying this because I seen it before, with that attitude and energy someone going to come in therethat?s having a bad day as well and just over life and things going to get ugly she may get a drink right in the face sadly. Shedefinitely needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills and learn to leave her outside problems at home . Hangingout in the restrooms and not during what you paid to due is a waste of payroll and she makes the rest of your employees looklike trash when they very hard workers but I see she definitely bring down the energy in the work space .
