Instead of buying 3 pretzel cups we got a big bucket of nuggets, we waited a few minutes and got fresh hot nuggets that were... delicious and more nuggets than those there cups, plus extras chips so we could divide it up in the car. The ladies there werereally nice. Read more
Everytime my family and I go to any mall, Walmart etc we usually get Auntie Anne?s and we are never disappointed. Today we... stopped at The kiosk and the cinnamon nuggets were rock hard and my two year old threw it. I wasn?t upset I just stopped at thenext kiosk and asked for fresh ones. Reason I?m leaving this review because instead of apologizing it was like an interrogationlike I was trying to pull something off. The girl had unnecessary attitude at me because they sold me over baked old stalepretzel nuggets. Luckily I had my receipt and said I just got them not even 5 mins ago. After confirming with someone else shegave me new ones and threw away my receipt. I said thank you and she ignored me. Absolutely rude. Read more

The pretzel were too sweet. They seemed to have overdone the cinnamon that day.
