Had a western burger with added grilled jalapenos. It was delicious. Hit all the flavor notes I was looking for. I like the way... they do the jalapeno, full side slices grilled over the flame. Joint has been my go to place in Annapolis, Maryland! With awesome dry aged beef, and notjust beef burgers, chicken and tuna as well. I have never been let down with dry or over cooked burgers. This is an outstanding burger spot with great service and friendly employees who know how to throw down on a grill. I would... recommend this place to anyone who has the time to appreciate good food cooked with love and dedication to clean and heartymeat. They also have a vegetarian option that is nice if you are not into healthy grass fed cows. Take your time and bite intosome extra ordinary burgers. My daughter and I had the best burger there today. We walked in and got real worried, every table had people sitting down... waiting for food and 2 groups in front of us and nobody was eating. I thought we would be waiting forever, but I was soo wrong.Our order was taken in 2 minutes and our food served 5 minutes later. The burger was exactly how a burger should taste. It wasperfect. My daughter ate hers faster than I ate mine and that never happens. If I lived closer that would be bad news for mywaistline. The burger itself was just ok. As you can see the tomato was almost thicker than the patty (personally I love this but I can see... why it wouldn't be popular). I don't remember much of how it tasted. All in all it was just underwhelming. On top of that itseemed like the tray return area hadn't been cleaned in some time. All the staff does is to put the food on the counter and call your name. You must go get it. So why do the gratuity percentages... go 30, 25, 22, 20? Customers are expected to bus their own tables. So what is the tip for? When I asked for a cup for ice theygave me a 6 oz Solo cup. That was on a $19 meal with a $4 tip (custom). I don?t come here very often because it does feel like arip off even if the food is good. My biggest issue with the whole BGR chain is this app that expects me to tip before anythingis done. The food is already at a premium price. A 16oz shake for $6 is not cheap. So why do they hit me with this tip thing andI still get up to go to the counter to pick up my food to serve myself.
