This location is my go-to, and overall it is great. They're consistent, 95% friendly, and delicious. For someone who goes there... multiple times a week, 95% is a great score. I would give 0 stars if I could. This store was never this bad. I never had an issue with this location, but more than a few... times I?ve came here recently Ive had a terrible experience. My orders are very simple, and yet I receive it wrong each time.They ring in everything wrong, I get charged for something completely different every time or get charged right but items arewrong. The cashiers inside get attitude because I come in to tell them that my order is completely wrong, and make it seem likeit?s all my fault. The minors who work the window are always ignorant and don?t check the bags to make sure everything iscorrect. I asked for the new Autumn milkshake today and received a Strawberry milkshake instead. I got charged for 2 spicychicken deluxe when I simply asked for 1 spicy and 1 regular deluxe meal. Adding bacon bits to a mac and cheese is so chaoticfor everyone for some reason and threw bacon on the sandwich and not the mac and cheese that was simply requested. Minors shouldnot be running a store, not only that the management is absolutely terrible for this store. I called 3 times about my order andno one answered. I ordered a meal but they they only gave me the sandwich and charged me extra for the drink. I went back into straighten it up,... the manager wasn't friendly about so I ended up having to pay extra for my waffle fries. I won't be returning there anytime soonas their food is expensive especially for their nuggets which looked more like a 2 piece instead of a 5 piece. ???? ???? Read more
Stopped off here during a trip for a quick bite and break. Bathrooms were clean and well kept and staff was friendly. Food was... ordered online when we pulled up so a little wait for food prep but nothing to ding for. Read more
Bought my wife and 4 of my kids lunch there. Don't go out very often but was finally off from work today and decided to surprise... everyone with lunch and milkshakes. Was handed my food and noticed immediately the milk shakes were all very small. Told thecashier these were supposed to be large. Then I was informed "they don't sell large, only smalls" at this location? Looked atmy receipt for like 60 bucks... for fast food lunch... and just shook my head and headed home. Drove off back out of town to myhome, got home and handed all the kids their food only to realized I was missing a meal completely. Kids got upset because weweren't going to eat without everyone. Called back to the Chick-fil-A and after a nice wait, told them they didn't give me myorder and I was missing a meal and it would take me 20 minutes to get back. The lady there said she would replace my whole mealif I drove back to pick it up. Drove 20 minutes back, waited in line. The manager canceled out my replacement order, put in aorder for just the missing meal and had me wait another 10 minutes or so for them to replace it. Get back home now over an hourafter I out the order in... with an entire upset family 4 cold meals and 1 mildly warm meal. This place ruined my weekend.Never going back here. Management is horrible. The lady on the phone was nice, sorry you had to get scolded for replacing myorder, I saw that and I'm sorry, your boss is horrible. Read more
This is the second time I order the deluxe . And I get food with lettuce like this if I didn?t live 20 mins away and stop on the... way I would have took it back. This unacceptable chick-fil-a. This store used to be okay. But I've noticed the wait times have increased. And it does seem that the employees are not up to... the caliber of the other surrounding restaurants. I had an issue with a salad and when you pay over $10 for a salad do youexpect it to be up to par. I contacted Chick-fil-A corporate on their website and eventually received an email from the store.The person that replied didn't seem very apologetic and was more concerned about verifying that I had ordered something. In factverify was the word she used. She wanted a receipt number. Who keeps a receipt number almost 2 weeks after you order a fast foodorder. The information was put into the corporate website so I don't understand how we had to go through this routine again. Sheseemed very Unapologetic and almost appeared as though it was a bother for them to deal with. There's a reason there's so manylow scores recently at this store. There's a theme here and a common denominator. I was at the Chick-fil-A corporate campus inAtlanta about 2 months ago and was thoroughly impressed. It's a great company. But this store does not meet the standards thatthey expect. My one star rating is for the store only. All the other stores in the area are top notch.
