I had the most amazing experience with the GM and his team from this location today at work. The gentleman came into our bank... today and happened to see that we were operating with only 2 people, our lunch we got from Chick Fil A was behind our stationsspread out at 2:30 with not much eaten. He noticed the food was cold and the quality was not up to his standards, so heimmediately called the store and had a team member bring over the two items. It may not seem like a huge deal, but to us it wasthe most amazing thing and this is why Chick Fil A sets the bar high when it comes to client service and food quality, which noother "fast food" restaurant can come even remotely close too. Great service. I redeemed a free sandwich with ease after doing a survey and ordered another meal of grilled chicken with fries... and drink.. still thirsty after finishing my meal so I requested for a refill of my drink and was gladly filled. Worst Chick-fil-A. They messed up my order. Then they refused to refund my money claiming that the corporate office only allows... refunds using the Chick-fil-A app which I don?t use. Additionally this option would only work if I used the app when making thepurchase. They offered me to come back to the store to get the food I didn?t get but said I had to do it within a week. Nooptions for refund. This is not the experience I?m used to at Chick-fil-A. Extremely disappointing. Read more
