Second time I?ve had half my order completely missing on delivery. Had to drive to the store and order what was missing. People... working there don?t seem to be trained on ordering procedures for anything other then a basic burrito. The guy handling theregister appeared high as a kite. Don't bother using this location! We ordered through doordash. This was a re-order because our first order was missing almost... everything and what was included wasn't ours, and we were hungry so instead of getting a refund, we asked to have our mealre-made and re-delivered. The re-order was wrong, too! I can't believe it. We were missing the food again. We ordered fivemeals--two burritos, two chicken quesadillas, a kids meal, and a side of chips and queso. Again, the chips and queso weremissing, kids meal missing, our burritos were chicken with rice and cheese instead of what we ordered (didn't even order anychicken burrito! We had one carnitas with guac and one steak, which both cost extra). The burritos we did get literally fit inthe palm of my hand, and I'm petite 5'3...I don't have big hands. Not a 17 dollar burrito. The doordash driver was asking themto double-check our order, and he said they were rude, refused to, and busy. Literally every time I've ordered from thislocation, our order has been wrong or missing something. Never again. Chipotle management needs to do something about thislocation. Read more
The worst Chipotle ever, waited for my food 40 minutes, and it was cold. The place was dirty and terribly short staffed. This... place is in dire need of new Management. Nothing like other Chipotles I've been to. Never again. I actually want my money backfor this fiasco. Read more
I have been going to Chipotle for years and I am normally at least satisfied with the portions. However, they have been getting... smaller and smaller recently and I went there today and was charged $17 for what was supposedly double protein but could barelybe called half and half. When I asked for more I was told that they were only allowed to give so much. I guess I will just haveto take my business elsewhere. Read more
WORST PLACE EVER! Had a take out order (1 burrito bowl and guacamole) I got there at 6:10 waited almost 40 minutes for my order... and before you ask NO it wasn?t busy, the guy making to go orders literally took 20 minutes just to make 1 order so you canimagine how slow he was doing it. This place is absolutely horrible. I came in @720 pm. I wanted a brown rice bowel with double steak. They attempted to give me... rice so old you could hear it hitting the bowl. When I asked for fresh rice the manager seem to have an attitude. The steaklooked hard like kibbles and bits. So I just walked out because I felt myself getting upset.
