Went to Chipotle at Annapolis Mall around 1245 on 10/24/2022 to grab lunch. When it was my turn to order I asked the young lady... if they had fresh fajitas. The very little amount of fajitas that were there looked they have been there for a couple of days. She looked behind her and then looked at me and said no. I asked if she could have the people in the back make some and I wouldstand by. She again said no. While all of this was going on, the male making the rice was whistling into the bowl of rice ashe emptied the big bowl into the serving containers. The male that was cooking the chicken and steak did not have anythingcovering his beard as he cooked the meat and chicken. Between the guy whistling into the rice, the guy cooking without acovering for his beard this is very unsanitary. Also, the female that refused to get fresh fajitas is not acceptable. This place is TRASH; on multiple levels! This Chipotle in the Annapolis mall is consistently closed to walk-in orders. The... workers at this location seem to be oppressed by management or are not getting paid enough. Each and every time I go to thislocation the workers seem to be sad, beaten down/downtrodden, and in turn provide HORRIBLE customer service/are rude. Thisaffects customer service interaction and also the food preparation as they are not motivated to put forth effort into making thefood. This location will try to screw you over every chance they can and charge you for anything. The chips at this location arenever fried properly and often times are soggy. I will also say that occasionally there is a stench in this location and it isnot from making food. It was so bad recently that I and several customers made mention of it in line and in turn we all walkedout because it smelled horribly in there. Lastly, sometimes they play the music so loud you can't even enjoy yourself eatingyour sloppily made burrito and soggy chips. A complete overhaul of MANAGEMENT at this location needs to take place. As of recent, almost always closed for in-person ordering. Portions are abysmal, and employees seem to hate their job. Every... time I complain online they give me a bandaid by giving me a BOGO on the chipotle app. Wish it was like how it has been for thepast 20 years, go in person, order, and you get what you pay for. I wish I could give this place a higher rating because the food is good, but they?re ALWAYS out of something! Last week my... husband and I ordered takeout for 2 chicken salads. Mine had the lettuce topping instead of greens and his didn?t have any atall! Chipotle should make you aware when they aren?t able to fulfill the order as ordered. They also give the wrong order orhave items missing often. I would definitely go to a different one if one was closer but there isn?t. It?s just a shame. Read more

Worst customer service in a while and that's saying something these days. Here's an idea Chipotle, if u say u open at 1045am,... try being open at 1045am. I walked in a few minutes before 11, it took a few minutes to be acknowledged only to be informed theyonly do online orders until 1130. Silly me for thinking a for profit business would want walk in customers during their postedopen hours. So I'm told I can get food if I order it on my phone. Great, just what I want to do with a fussy baby on my hipwhile there are approx 10 able bodied employees there and I'm literally the only customer. But I'm already here so I order on myphone. While I'm waiting I notice they haven't unlocked all the doors and they are just letting other customers wait outside.It's well after 11 at this point. I waited to see if any employees that clearly saw them would let them in. Nope. Wow. Finallygot my burrito and left thru the locked door to be able to let in the other customers and warn them.?? Eat here all the time, and we're always satisfied. This particular night they were way off. We ordered online and still waited... almost 40 mins for our food past the time they said it would be ready. There was a large bus of patrons that I think throughthem off. They said our order got lost. I believe they ran out of chicken as well. Portion sizes were smaller than usual (we eathere at least once a week so I know) I asked for a discount off of one of our meals, and was told no, they could not do that atall. Definitely does not make me want to go back to this location. We will give our business to the Market Space locationinstead of Annapolis Mall location moving forward. Read more

I ordered a steak fajita bowl from this chipotle through DoorDash at 9:24 pm tonight (they stopped taking DoorDash orders at... 9:30pm tonight), and as you can see in the pictures, the staff was so apparently upset that I ordered food during their businesshours, that they decided to throw some smelly meat into the bowl and call it a day, JUST to drive home the point that I shouldbe ashamed of ordering food when they claim they are open for business. I understand it's not fun to get an order right beforeclosing time, I've worked in kitchens for years, but I specifically put 'contact me' if the store didn't have what I wanted,just to avoid this, and I received no call. I received a middle finger for trying to order from their store. Regardless of thefact that I didn't get what I ordered, the meat in the bowl literally stunk, and I promptly contacted DoorDash, whereby I got afull refund of my purchase. The only thing that was accomplished by this stunt, was that this particular chipotle is nevergoing to get any business from me ever again. This kind of behaviour reeks of underpaid teenagers.
