Terrible customer service. I created my own salad and had 6 ingredients total (including the greens), and was upcharged for 3... of the 6 ingredients. No meat as I'm vegetarian. When I questioned the cost both the employee and manager said that wascorrect (even though I get the same salad each time I go and have never been charged that much). The manager wouldn't remove theadditional cost. I paid for my salad but will never go back again. Another customer was having a similar issue with beingovercharged while I was there. Not sure what happened, They used to be better but now the containers are smaller and the prices didn?t go down at all. It?s a... lot of money for a bland dry salad they never give enough dressing and they don?t season anything so it?s all bland food. Youguys should go back to how you did things. Read more

More than the typical salad bar. They have very creative pre-made bowls that change every now and then. The building itself is... very clean and well lighted. Staff is friendly enough to talk you through all of the options, as well as explain what somethingis made of if you're ingredient conscious. I would recommend choosing one of the pre-made bowls for your first go through. I'vehad the Mediterranean, Chicken Tinga, and Chinese Chicken bowls. They were all very well put together. I am always looking for vegan and vegetarian options for dining out, and this place has both. The food is fresh and delicious,... and I love the build-your-own-bowl option! There is also WiFi and tons of seating with outlets. Definitely one of my favoritespots to order lunch and get some work done. Read more

I purchased the Crispy Chicken Ranch Salad with the recommendation of Tomato Basil Soup.She made my food as if I was a VIP customer. she said I never saw You here before which let me know she knows her customers. Let me tell you how excited I am that Chop't is now in Annapolis!I usually frequent the DC location or sometimes the... Bethesda Chop't off of Georgetown road. I work in Baltimore City, I had a craving for my favorite Santa Fe with ALL Kale salad.I just searched for a Chop't near me. Not thinking anything would pop up. So glad Chopt came to Annapolis, although the the timing is not ideal from the perspective of the company, I'll bet. I first... experienced Chopt all the way down in Bethesda off of Georgetown Road and I was willing to make the special trip for thishealthy treat. To now have a Chopt only 5 minutes from home! I'm currently craving the Jalapeno infused Mexican Caesar and Ijazz it up a bit with a few touches of my own like pumpkin seeds, shrimp and lotsa scallion.
