Lots of elements needed to make this the ultimate birthday place for children are missing. The pizza is good. The salad bar... needs to be eyefully watched and maintained since it is open bar. Birthday parties need more excitment. There are morecompetitive places to take children nowadays, so do more. The element of excitement and helpful, friendly, excited customerfriendly interaction service is highly missing. The bathrooms were cleaned but need to be deordorized. Read more

Was here about a year ago and the kids had fun and racked up alot of points to spend at the goody counter. Back for another... birthday and kids played for an hour straight and got very little points because the fine folks there decided to decrease thepoints on all the games. If your looking to get 5 or 10 points toys this is your place. Read more

Clean, pleasant. We didn't eat there, but the salad bar looked fresh. Not crowded. A handful of machines were out of order.... Enough machines to entertain for an hour, not much longer than that though. Read more

Kids loved it a little too much. This one has the animatronics, so if your little ones don't like giant robots then you may want... to check ahead. Read more

The cleanest Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been to!!! The staff was friendly and quick to help, the games are fun for all ages,... but the highlight for me as a parent, hands down, was the pizza. It was literally some of the best pizza I have ever had, itcould easily compete with Domino's. My husband and kids also loved it! This is our second time coming here and we are happy tohave found a new favorite place to have some family fun ???? Read more

The place is clean and the food is good, but in recent years the games and service have gone downhill. At least a fifth of the... games were broken when my family visited. When alerting the staff I didn?t expect them to go and fix them immediately but theywouldn?t even mark them out of service, so customers would end up wasting their credits trying to play. For the amount of brokengames the price was also somewhat unfair. The staff members seemed very overworked and overall unhappy to be working there, which is most likely due to the fact that this place has always been understaffed even before the pandemic. Although it?s a bitlouder, Dave & Busters has more than enough games and suitable prizes to entertain young children too and I would recommendgoing there instead. Read more

My first time bringing my children to Chuck E Cheese. I was hoping to capture some the excitement of my youth. Pros: Clean,... bright Cons: Poor customer service. Took an hour today to get our food (1 pizza and 1 small wings). No smiles, no friendlygreeting, and no help with anything. Also didn't explain the child stamp sticker policy upon entry, and therefore couldn't getout easily. And no tickets for any games. Bummer overall. Our family left without even using all our credit on the game cards. Irarely post. But parents save your time and money and go elsewhere. Read more

Average but Chuck E is on the downslope in general. Staff is friendly, though. My kids have been fans of chuck for about 10... years now and have observed the games change for the worse. Games are nothing more than kiddie slot machines now but without thesatisfaction of knowing how many tickets you won. There is a Time delay in between games when you have play pass that isexcessive (20-30 sec) on games that take only five seconds to play. Games are focused on winning tickets and driving you to playmore and more to win the ?big one?. Weird because with playpass, you?d think arcade type games that occupy minutes would be themore favored by management. I think there are much better forms of entertainment for kids well under this price point. Read more
