They should replace this Domino's with a place that knows what they're doing. My order is always wrong and the manager never... calls me back. I've complained to corporate many times. It can't get the orders right. The pizza that eventually arrives isgreat like all Domino's, but you can't count on this place to give you an order properly. Beware. Read more
We ordered a pizza today, over an hour passed so my husband called and they said the pizza was still there waiting to be... Delivered and would coming soon. A few minutes later they called us and said we could come to the store and pick it upourselves. When my husband said ok I will come but since it?s been almost 2 hours now can you guys make us a new pizza? 1) Ordered at 11PM; said 20min for delivery. An hour later, no pizza. Called and put on hold while they checked with the driver.... 10min later, still on hold. Called back and they pick up immediately. I was told the pizza would arrive in 10min. 1.5hrs afterplacing the order, an ice cold, congealed and disgusting pizza arrived. It was not the pizza we ordered. I called the store andimmediately after and said ?I received an incorrect order? the guy said ?ok, please hold? and put me on hold for 10min again. Icalled back 3 times - no answer. Now the store has closed and nobody will pick up. I couldn?t make up an experience this bad ifI tried. 2) Ordered pizza. Over an hour later, never came. Called the store - they said the driver tried calling us 7 times andwasn?t able to reach us. Had no missed calls or voicemails. The guy hung up on us when we asked if we could pick up the order.Called back, the guy told us the driver was unable to find the house on GPS (we live <1 mile from the store on a main street andour home is 100% on every GPS). Got hung up on again by an irate employee and no pizza. Called back - after being reassured wewould not be charged, we had to dispute the charge with our credit card company because we were of course charged. 3) Orderedpizza 4th of July 2020. Girl working there screamed at me for asking when the pizza would be ready (it was well after the quotedtime) and used vulgar language. SO unprofessional and rude. Summary: Waste of time and nonexistent customer service. Do notrely on them for food. Completely incompetent. You will regret attempting to get food here and complicate your evening. Read more
Ordered a 3 topping pizza with double sausage. Went in to ask why it seemed like double sausage on a 3 topping had less sausage... than a single. The policy is to put 5 ounces of sausage on a single topping pizza, and get this double sausage on a 3 toppingpizza gets 4 ounces. You get 2 ounces per topping if you order a multi topping pizza. Today I ordered a single topping sausagepizza and this is what I got. If a burger joint gave you a double burger with two patties each less than half a normal pattywould you go back? Ordered online at 655 pm, 55 minutes later they call and tell me they have no one working but the guy that called. Very... disappointed. Not very friendly. Didn't even offer any extras or nothing for not delivering. Never order there againcomplained to me like it's my fault. Read more
