Last year I got married at Level, and the experience could not have been better. Working the the owner Eric to plan and re-plan... (thanks to COVID) our small wedding was a simple and stress-free process. On the day of, the staff was extremely helpful andmade the event run smoothly. All of our guests were so impressed by the food and the service!! I have also been lucky enough todine at Level in the regular dining room, and have never had a bad experience. The food and drinks are fantastic and the staffdoes an amazing job every time. I love sharing small plates and getting to try a variety of the options available, which changeseasonally. We really enjoyed the crafty cocktails and the small plates here! Happy hour price is so reasonable too for the quality of the... food and drinks. Ended up getting 5/6 drinks and 6 plates between my husband and I. Finished everything too lol ???? Shrimp andgrits is my husband’s favorite. I really loved the pork belly and the smoked fish dip. The bartenders are very nice greatambience overall. 10/10 recommend! Read more

After many visits to Level, it's still a treat. The food options are as varied as always, but this time, we sat at the bar, and... that made all the difference. We were well taken care of by the bar team, and we had one fantastic drink after another. Thecherry on top was the Old Fashioned by B. Fantastic effort, great taste, nothing but top notch. The shrimp and grits has justthe right bite of heat. The Combination Board featured super creamy cheeses. And the crab and corn flat bread is a great tasteof Maryland... Though no idea if the ingredients were indeed from Maryland. Come by after work, or for a bite w your date. We've been here for years. Read more

After waiting 2 years to finally have our daughter's (and son-in-law's) wedding reception at Level, - it truly couldn't have... been any nicer. Eric (the owner) worked with us the first time all the way up to the government closing everything down 5 daysbefore the wedding. We stayed in communication throughout Covid, without any pressure to reschedule. When we were finallycomfortable rescheduling, they were perfectly willing to work with us even though we decided to cut our guest count in half. Wehad our celebration upstairs and it really was perfect. The food, & staff were outstanding! The setting & set-up were perfectfor mixing & mingling. The staff was so attentive, paying particular attention to the bride & groom and key family members. And, we're all still talking about which menu items were our favorite. Thanks Level for making this the perfect day for ourfamily! Read more

I wish this had lived up to expectations. We may try again. We arrived at 4 with our reservation to see a line forming outside.... We were seated immediately, though, and told that there was a private party for 80 people upstairs. This might have impacted ourmeal, which is why we may give it another try. My "Getting Figgy With It" cocktail was delicious. We moved on to the Fig, Brieand Prosciutto Flatbread, which also exploded with taste. Sadly, it was downhill from there. My next course was the Scallops andRisotto. I firmly believe that the chef completely forgot to season the risotto as it was doughy and had no taste, but ensuringa mushroom with each bite of risotto did help quite a bit. The scallops themselves were perfect. My partner ordered the shrimpand grits, which was very late in coming out. We asked where it was, and we were told they were just beginning to plate it. Whenit arrived, the grits were cold under the warm sauce - not a pleasant sensation. I've seen shrimp and grits served tails on andtails off. This was served tails on. As I said, we'll probably give it another try, but we have certainly lowered ourexpectations. Read more

It’s no accident that this place is well known by locals and visitors. It’s a must to try Level. Their enthusiastic... execution of small plates and insane drinks is the most memorable experience. The staff is so happy to share their pride in thehigh quality of taste and creativity. The small plate portions are just enough to crave for another helping. Their famousdrink is this lime foam gimlet that is comparable to nothing in this world! Read more

I was visiting Annapolis from VA and Level is the only restaurant I could find with a menu that specifically recognizes and... marks food vegan. Thank you! The Food: It hits all the right notes, I enjoyed the ginger soda, vegan ratatouille, and thecauliflower steak. The staff: Lady serving the patio knew her menu well, she was friendly and really nice! Definitelyrecommend it! Read more
