Fair Pho, broth was a bit unassuming and for Tai Nam Gan Sach it was kind of short on meat but what there was turned out to be... fairly tasty. I asked if they had French drip iced coffee and tried to describe the drip process. They said they had it and thenbrought me a pre-made iced coffee in a clear plastic cup with the top sealed on. Which is almost always very poor, oversweetened twaddle. Irritating. They did not charge me for it but it is like a steakhouse serving a ribeye with a bottle of Heinzketchup. If they think that Heinz is appropriate, what did they do to the steak? If it were not for the coffee i probably wouldhave given them 4 stars. The pho was fairly decent. Read more
Super good pho soup I?ve tried. The noodle is cooked well and brisket is really tender! You can ask for more lemon slice and add... some chilly pepper too, you?ll love it! Moreover, I ordered a cup of Thai tea, the smell is so good! Read more
This may be the best international food in Annapolis. They have a menu focused on Pho. The soup is good, a little sweeter than... what I'm used to but not cloying. The tendon is great, and thinly sliced. Every time I eat there I feel good afterwards neverheavy or bloated. Read more
My friends and I stopped in recently after a long trip at OC. We ordered the #1 Pho, bun bo hue, spring rolls, taro smoothies... and Vietnamese coffee. Flavor wise everything was on point. The drinks were really strong in flavor. We loved the Pho and springrolls. Only downside was the BBH lacked flavor. Specifically the lack of shrimp paste and strong beef flavor. It tasted morelike Pho with some sate sauce and pork put in it. With current Covid conditions the restaurant has barriers between each seatand the entire staff including the cooks were wearing masks and gloves. Price wise everything was reasonable. Read more
To be honest, I'm a Vietnam War souvenir. If I tell you that I would take my mother here then it must be legit. Well, I took... my mother here and she approved. That says a lot.
