After picking up the pizzas and bringing them home, we discovered that one of the pizzas was completely burnt and charred on... top. I worked at a Pizza Hut when I was younger. There is absolutely no way the store did not know it was burned before theycut and boxed it. When we called the store we were told we had to come back to exchange it (delivery was not an option). Whenwe returned the burned pie for an exchange, no apology was given, just a quick "here you go" response. This was ridiculous. Idon't know what company policy is these days, but when I worked for Pizza Hut we would have refunded the purchase and exchangedthe pie for free -- with an apology for wasting the customers time on something that never should have happened. Regardless,there are other pizza options in our area which we will explore next time. Read more
The Thin and Crispy pizza was seriously undercooked. It was thin but the crust was barely cooked (certainly not crispy). To be... fair, though, the taste was good. And, the brownie was so undercooked it could not be cut with a knife. A spoon got the warmdough out (yes, my daughter loved that). To top things off, it was not delivered on time as they gave the order to Door Dash. Read more
Unfortunately when it comes to ordering Pizza Hut for delivery, this is our only choice. We have never had a good experience... with this place, if we actually get what we ordered, it's either burnt or lacking on toppings. Our latest attempt was all 3..nit what we ordered, both pizzas were burnt, and both pizzas were seriously lacking on the toppings. What was extra this timewas the fact that pizza was cut in weirdest way. We normally order pizza from a local place but like the old favorite from timeto time, time to retire it I guess. Ordered online and went to pick up in store. The internet was down by no fault of their own. The employees were calm, but let me... know I'd have to wait to get my food. While I waited, everyone was polite and courteous. I got my food after about 10 minutes.Spicy pizza was very good. Read more
Usually my order is perfect. Today was not. The medium cheese pizza had an inside out box. The pizza crust was thick on one side... and paper thin on the other so that there was a couple of holes where the toppings touched the bottom of the box. The largestuffed crust pizza did not have my crust flavoring on it. The pepperoni seems smaller than usual and were oddly curled andshriveled. The delivery was fast and on time. Our dinner order last night was absolutely horrible. There was a disconnect between the mobile app and the actual time it took... in order for the food to arrive. 40 minutes after the order was placed the app said it was out for delivery. At this point Icalled the store because it not arrived yet and they told me that they were waiting for the driver and the driver should bethere in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I get a text that my food was prepared and being delivered by doordash. Entire ordertook 2 hours. This was extremely different from what the app stated, the text messages updated, and what the store conveyed. Inthe end the pizza was lukewarm when it arrived and the boneless tenders were lukewarm as well. Read more
Missing Pizza!!! We have always ordered pizza from here with no issues. Tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas. When we got home... even though we had 2 boxes we only had ONE pizza. The 2nd box was EMPTY!! When I called and explained to the girl that one ofthe boxes was empty she apologized and said she would have them remake a new pizza. We live 15 minutes from there so I was notgoing to drive back. I asked for them to deliver it and she said sorry but they don?t cross the Severn River bridge. This wasTHEIR mistake so I felt it was not unreasonable for them to bring me my pizza!! Of course they didn?t!! Would of been goodcustomer service for the manager to send someone. Meanwhile I had to figure out something for dinner since we only got half ourorder. I did get a refund for the pizza I DID NOT GET. Read more
