Poor. Everything about this restaurant is so unbelievably wrong. Poor customer service. The appearance of the store looks like a... natural disaster occurred. This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been too. They always forget items, and when you call the restaurant to tell them they... don?t answer. This isn?t a one time happening either. We love Popeyes and this is the only one in the area. But we lose moneyevery time we come here because they ALWAYS forget something.. so disappointing. Read more
They are extremely rude at this location, after pulling up to the drive through to order the woman was super short with me,... didn?t greet or thank me and rushed me as I was trying to make a new decision when she told me they no longer do surf and turfeven tho it?s still on their menu. The on-line app needs to be updated. It is not user friendly. I tried to use for my last order. Well the prices had changed &... the app had not been updated. The app seemed to work but then reversed my payment without an explanation. Well it wouldn'taccept my order b/c the price had significantly increased. Keep the app updated. Went for the Popeyes chicken sandwich (as was everyone else in there) they had plenty already made so line moved fast and o got... my order withen seconds of ordering. Sandwich was good, it's a bigger piece of meat which makes it a tad dryer and harder to eatthan I like, and could use a tad more seasoning. But the pickle was good and I loved tje fries.
