Had another great dining experience today. I had the Ultimate Feast and a 20oz adult beverage...both were awesome! I really... enjoyed the atmosphere because the bartenders were really interactive and the NFL football game I wanted to watch was on the TV.Service was fast, food was hot and I enjoyed my meal and was able to head out and take care of the rest of the errands I wasrunning for the day! Moderately priced seafood, not gourmet but good. The crab stuffed shrimp Rangoon was delicious. I had the fish and chips with a... huge piece of cod. it was crowded, we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. the service was good. Read more

The quality of service and food has declined in many restaurants since Covid. But at this Red Lobster, the food is still great,... and reasonably priced. I could make a meal out of the famous cheese bisquits! The staff is friendly, and the service is timely. I always leave fully satisfied. Read more

I took my niece and her son to this Red Lobster around 130 Sept 4. The waiter was timely and pleasant. The food was... terrible. I ordered stuffed flounder with Lobster topping. The food was mostly grayish brown. The fish had no distinguishableshape. The fish was paper thin in small pieces the size of a quarter. I attempted to try it but it was slimey and slid off myfork. I ate one small half bite size lobster and it had little to no taste. The food smelled bad and I returned it to thewaiter. I then received a fish and chips meal. It looked delicious until I found I could not use my fork to break it apart.Even a knife had trouble cutting it. Once I pulled it apart , a meealy piece of cod was there. No flakes of fish were there. Ireturned that also and I left hungry and no appetite for any fish at this point. My niece report OKAY shrimp and her son onlyate half of his hamburger. This was a horrible meal and I recommend it to no one. The waiter said he had already returned threemeals before mine. I recommend that this nice waiter work at a decent restaurant. Let me first say our server, Dorothy, was fantastic. She was attentive, kind, and solved all of our problems to the best of her... ability. Our food came out fairly quickly, but it was a little too quick. I ordered the surf and turf, and asked for my steakto be cooked medium rare. The kitchen forgot to put shrimp on my plate, okay, no big deal. Dorothy gave me a serving of shrimpand I was happy. However, the steak I received was more blue-rare. I showed this to Dorothy, and she agreed it was wayunderdone. She took it back, and 5 minutes later I got another steak. This one was still cooked rare, but I just let it go. Ifeel the quality of service here has went downhill, not sure if I wish to eat here again. Again, this is no fault of Dorothy.She was fantastic. Read more

The service is good at this particular Red lobster it is our favorite this is the one we visit when we do visit a Red lobster... restaurant we always visit this particular one :-) we've gathered here a lot in the past with family and friends and the servicehas always been good and the food has always been good ! The vanilla bean cheesecake is my personal favorite for dessert ! :-)tip of the day if you don't hear eat here often the app is not worth using to get rewards because by the time you get back therethey have taken the rewards from you and you lose all your points so I will be deleting that app from my phone from here on outas it's a waste of time to record the receipts and you only have so much time to use your points or rewards before you look onyour app the next time and it's empty :-( other than that terrific place to eat ! Welcome to 2022!! The service I received at this location was trash and they seem to have forgotten we are still in a pandemic... OR maybe I did. Order to go from this location if you have safety concerns or need covid protocols to dine. Upon arrival, thehostess was rude and unwilling to allow me to pick the area I wanted to sit in (I am asuming because they are fair to the waitstaff) BUT it is still a pandemic and although I am dining in - I want to distance. I expressed that. The hostess seated menext to a couple. no booth in between - just next to each other. I wouldn't usually have a problem with that except there wasplenty of empty seating (see picture). I moved as close away as I could - apparently not to the liking of the staff. Thewaiter was impatient and left me on my own several times - apparently the other ONE couple required his attentiveness. Also thehostess kept crowding more guests in the corner (where I was instead of throughout the restaurant) Finally, Tony came to myrescue - he saw what was going on and tried making it right. At this point, I decided to just box up and go - i definitelycouldn't eat. Also, this location doesn't have catfish.....I definitely was hoping for catfish - as I order it anytime I am atRed Lobster. I opted for flounder as a replacement - not a good replacement - flounder is thin and reminiscent of cod. Read more
