really great restaurant. service was genuine, super quick and attentive. atmosphere was really vibrant and warm, busy, but not... too loud, nice music and great lighting. oysters were fantastic and reasonably priced, interesting cocktail menu. mains were abit confusing. why are you serving sandwiches? clearly an up market slick place with a chance to showcase seafood in a smartclean different way so maybe ditch the bread and tinned tuna? one point off for the menus really not describing what you end upeating :) Read more

This is an epic hostelry, created by an innovator (Scott the owner) but delivered by the magic of his brilliant staff who are... very individual, super friendly and genuine, ?? the food which is totally unique,?. and a cocktail, beer and wine menu which isdiverse and accessible in cost, but also a knockout in taste and presentation. Throw in some splendid tunes, a thriving set ofcustomers and the fact it?s Dog Friendly and you can see why this is such a sensational place on a world scale. Personal favs,Tuna Poke and a Last word Cocktail. Lastly the name is in the title- the Oysters are breathtaking. 12 different types, all asfresh as a?.daisy and shucked to the highest standard. Amazing service, fast, attentive, personable and fun. Cozy atmosphere, right volume, good music. I want to try literally... EVERYTHING on the menu. A good enough variety to suit all taste preferences but short enough menu that you know everything therehas been concocted with thought and purpose (Gordon Ramsey would approve of the length) Great local oyster selection, superfresh raw fish selection, happy looking chef, and drinks that go down a little too easy ???? Clancy, the bartender was outstanding. Give the man a raise... even though he's from Queens. It was my first time at an Oyster... bar. Clancy helped me with oyster selection, recommended a phenomenal Bourbon, and made sure I was well taken care of. Theselection of oysters I tried was very good. I highly recommend this place. Great vibes, excellent service, and outstanding food.The truffles were an exceptional way to end the night. Read more
