Another great experience at Starbucks. It has one of the best coffee in America and the shops are always very well designed .... This particular one has beautiful atmosphere, great location, clean and the service is great, Brandon was very nice. The onlynegative thing about all Starbucks stories is that they do not offer gluten or lactose free snacks. It would be great if thecoffee shop made food available for people with allergies. I don't stop here 9ften. Ordered online for drive-thru pickup. Part of my order was not available & they did not mention it at... pickup. I asked, then they said it wasn't available. The girl helping me at window was RUDE! She said " I just got here so whatseems to be the problem MAAAAM"? I also asked for the green stick for cup top& it was not in my order either. Don?t bother ordering a tea latte (or anything that isn?t pre-made) ahead of time and daring to pick it up through the drive... through. I was just informed that my (ordered ahead) drink was a ?ten minute drink? and not to go through the drive thru. Icertainly hope that the store shares that same feedback with the large groups that order fifty drinks at the drive thru and holdthe rest of us (who order ahead) up. Really not impressed with the customer service or speed at this store and I really don?tappreciate the attitude when I was trying my best to make everything efficient for everyone. Read more
