I had a ten minute wait before someone greeted me at the cashier and telling me to order on kiosk. One gentleman looked like he... was training another guy but was talking over the food as they prepared without a mask. I asked him was he a manger he repliedyes. I mentioned they should wear a mask as some employees were wearing them. He said it?s not mandated which i understand. Butclearly they shouldn?t be talking over ppl food. We are not from around here our family git to the room kinda late and mostly everything was already close but we needed to eat... so we came here. They were rude and rushing Us to order then when we got to the window the guy in the back and the young lady atthe cash register were loud and yelling about the customers. Read more
They will accept orders online at Uber eats, door dash etc. but refuse to make them or if they have made it refuse to give it to... you when the foods already been purchased. They?ll tell you they?re closed when they?re clearly not; like you literally seepeople inside working and if they don?t feel like it; the night manager will just say they?re closed. Read more
Went to both locations near me at 12am edgewater md locations and Annapolis md on west street. Website stated they were open... till 1am but upon arrival, both of these locations. I was told by employees that they were closed. If you are to be open peryour scheduled times stated on the website and also what is posted on your doors. Then why where people being turned away. Wasgiven no reason why these locations were closed before the posted times stated. Disappointing. Read more
seriously worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. I wish corporate would start from scratch with this location, maybe one employee is... nice here and I don?t even think she works there anymore. We come here all the time because it?s the closest location and wehave never had our order given to us correctly. Just went through tonight and got a nacho fries box and they dumped our friesface down in the bag, then instead of the two regular soft shell tacos we ordered with the box they gave us a taco with ahandful of Jalapeños a piece of steak and a dust of lettuce and cheese. And we couldn?t even go to get it fixed because theynever gave us a receipt. Read more

This Taco Bell has some of the worst service ever. On one occasion I ordered from the touch screen because I thought it would be... quicker. Not only was it not, but after waiting 10 minutes I found out their soda machine was down and I couldn't get the drinkI wanted. Today my wife tried stopping here for breakfast because they have a large "Breakfast" sign up at this location. But ofcourse they're closed at 8:00 in the morning. If they serve breakfast and advertise it, they should be open by 8:00 am. Read more
