Great food; attentive service\n\nThis was our first visit.\n\nThere were not many cars in the parking lot, so we were afraid it... would not be a good experience. We went in and were pleasantly surprised.\n\nIt was 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon.\n\nFor most ofour meal, we were the only customers there.\n\nMany restaurants have not been providing very good service during this pandemic.However, the server at Tequila Sunrise was very attentive.\n\nThe restaurant is probably busier at night.\n\nOnce we ordered ourfood, it only took about five minutes to receive it.\n\nI am used to chain Mexican restaurants such as Chuy?s and On the Border.This restaurant?s atmosphere is a little more upscale. The food is equal or better than most chain Mexican restaurants.\n\nTherestrooms were clean.\n\nYou can tell that they take pride in their restaurant. Located right on West st in Annapolis if you haven\'t eaten here you\'re missing a gem! The shrimp appetizer was to die for, I... ordered cheese and onion enchiladas which wasn\'t even on the menu and I\'ve ordered them from Vegas to locally and couldn\'tbelieve how good they were! My date ordered the best looking fajita platter I\'ve ever seen with ribs that were amazing. And awonderful strawberry desert. AND very reasonable. My enchiladas platter was only $13! Nothing in town compares and we will nowbe making this wonderful restaurant our go to from here on. In addition they are following all covid protocols and keeping yousafe while presenting outstanding plates of extraordinary food. I can\'t recommend this restaurant too much!\n2nd review. Icouldn\'t help adding my comments from my most recent visit. Again I ordered my favorite which is the cheese and onionenchiladas. My fiancee ordered a different meal which was also excellent. Everything about this restaurant is perfect. There areseveral Mexican restaurants in Annapolis but the authenticity and outstanding job done by the chef here has no equal. Hidden gem, in plain sight. Dined at Tequila Sunrise on West St. and we can?t say enough about how delicious dinner was. The... staff was attentive and provided excellent service.\n\nWe had the house margarita, chips and salsa, Chicken Enchiladas, PechugaDe Pollo a La Crema and the Tres Leches Cake.\n\n????The salsa was wonderfully spicy.\n????The Enchiladas were very good, thechicken was fresh and the beans and rice were so good, I cleaned the plate.\n????The Pechuga De Pollo a La Crema was delicious,tender chicken in an amazing cream sauce with tons of fresh vegetables.\n????We finished our meal with an out of this world TresLeches Cake.\n\nIván was a delight as our server. He answered our questions and struck up great conversation. The atmosphereinside the restaurant was great, Mexican Music, at the proper volume, nicely set and spaced tables, great theming without goingoverboard and clean.\n\nWith all of the Mexican dining choices in the Annapolis area, we highly recommend the tremendous diningexperience at Tequila Sunrise. Totally agree with other reviews -- this place is a hidden gem that was hiding in plain sight! It is now our favorite... Mexican-inspired restaurant in Annapolis. Not sure why we didn\'t try it sooner but will definitely be a regular from now on.The food was spectacular, so fresh, and presentation was beautiful! Cocktails were outstanding too!
