Would not recommend ordering here. My former manager of Papa John's works here and just about EVERYTHING about my order was... wrong. I ordered 2 pan 2 toping pizzas. 1 of those pizzas was a small pizza instead a medium pan HAD MARANERA SAUCE INSTEAD OFRED SAUCE. the parm bread bites was COVERED in sauce and got all over my car AND the cinnamon twists were basically the size ofthe palm of my hand and still raw. So today I ordered a gluten free pizza, and some garlic knots with cheese and the cheese came but not the knots. So when I... called back and tried to tell them the guy on the phone was very rude!!! When I went to this particular location and ordered my pizzas, I almost walked out and went somewhere else. The young man making... the pizzas wasnt wearing gloves, although he did "wash" his hands off with water. Then, the young man putting the pizzas in theoven and boxing them had long hair down past his shoulders. Now that's fine, to each their own, BUT, although it was pulled backin a low ponytail, he was not wearing any kind of hair net!! To make mattets worse, each time he turned around, he was swinginghis hair from side to side each time he turned around and turned his head!! This didnt sit well wiith me, sorry, but I dont likehair as a topping, nor dirty hands. The last thing that sealed my decision to never return to this location, is when i broughtup these issues with the young lady that was running the register, she LAUGHED and said "uuuuggghhhhhh, if one more person sayssomething about our prep and uniform rules they know nothing about!!" She was young, so ne being the adult and a mother to ayoung lady myself, I just told her I would handle it this way and for her to have a good day. pizza not even that good I paid $17.30 for a cold crusty pizza that didn?t have on it what I ordered. When I called back to tell... them that they messed up my order the person was very rude. I do not recommend going to dominos in Anniston. Read more

I placed an order at 10:56 am.. after waiting for an hour I decided to call the store, I was put on hold where I waited for 12... minutes then I was hung up on, I called back and was tossed around by the automated voice for another 5 minutes. When someonefinally answered the phone he was VERY rude saying ?y?all been calling up complaining, we are short staffed? he refused to giveme his name so he put a girl on the phone who said his name was Joshua, idk if that?s really his name but then she startedgiving me attitude. I asked her what her name was she refused to give it to me? she eventually then gave me ?her name? and whenI told her to cancel my order she hung up on me. Then she realized that she didn?t have my name or order number so she called meback. She said that she needed my name to cancel the order. I told her that she was the one who hung up on me and that sheneeded to figure it out. I then proceeded to hung up on her. She did call me back and apologized, she was nice all of a sudden. She offered me free food and I told her that I didn?t want free food. I wanted common courtesy when I called. PERIOD! If youcan?t be understanding that your customers want common courtesy when they call up inquiring about an order than maybe you are inthe wrong profession!
