Drive through service took over 30 minutes and I still had to go inside to get my order. Then it is wrong, again.
Consistently disappointing. This time I ordered 1 sausage burrito. They had me pull to the side to wait, no big deal. But when... it finally came it was COLD. Like it was cooked in a shirt pocket. 2 stars because they didn't mess up the small black coffee. Read more
Went in and ordered food for a family of 4 to go and not one thing I ordered was correct ,my kids were disappointed...be... different if this was random but it's every time I order food to go I thought I wouldn't go thru drive thru cause they never getit right, well neither can they inside . I actually prefer this McDonald's to the one in Anniston or Jacksonville. They serve my food hot and i usually have to special... order my food. They don't seem to mind and usually the order is correct. There have been times that they have totally messed upmy order though and as i usually get take out i have at times wound up with someone else's order. I don't eat fast food often , but , today the breakfast was exceptionally good and delicious- the cashier was a little snippy ,... but , I acted politely and did sass her back. The were especially busy this morning for some weird reason, but , it wasn't thatbad. But , I've been trying to get a job here for the past five years and the manager always says ," Of we need someone to fillyour position we will call you ." Had two orders a number 5 with a drink and a number 7 with a drink for no strews had a very rude worker give me the food when I... told her I had a second order which was a 20 pc nugget by itself which I had already paid for both going while waiting at thewindow she then came back and said is there a problem with a rude voice she said fine pull up to the first sign which I did shethen came out with the food after my number 7 was missing the fries and the second burger she then gave me the food again afterfixing the first mistake and then said I never ordered a 20 pc even with my receipt in hand so I respectful asked for a refundwhich didn?t go well either with her saying I was being over dramatic never going to a McDonald?s again in my life Burger Kingand Taco Bell is better in almost every way possible Read more
