I have used this Sonic many many times and I've hardly ever been dissatisfied with the level of service I've received from this... establishment. A couple of time it took a little longer than normal to get my food, but that was only because they were full ofpeople. I'll give them a pass for that reason. The food is always prepared to my liking and has always been exactly as I askedfor it to be. Never has anything come to me that was cold or cool. All the food is fresh and hot.
