Great way to ruin my meal.
I ordered online payed for it online she pushed ready button said everything was ready get there is nothing is ready she?s... making other people stuff and I?d supposed to make ours because we ordered first then don?t have enough to make our sub causeshe didn?t want to cook anymore meat balls then can?t give us a refund until 7 o?clock in the morning so basically we have totake what she offers or we wouldn?t get anything. $40 is a lot of money for sandwiches I feel we got ripped off with what shegave us for our money Read more
The black gentleman with the long hair is one of the best sandwiche artist there has to be I would've given a 5star but the lady... was just rude and me and my so. Drive extra 10min and bye 2 other subway businesses to have himake our sandwiches and it's worthit to my son it's worth it to me also allows us on coupon they send us to be used like we are supposed to be able 2 Then weleave she locked the door 10 minutes early 2 ppl couldn't come eat. Been here several times every time the lady working seemed annoyed to have customers and spoke in a rude tone and barely... addressed me, she made me feel guilty for even ordering. Today I walked in after checking if they were open, it said they were,but when I walked in they were clearly closed but for some reason had neglected to post that anywhere but in the store, I wastedgas and time when that could?ve been saved if they?d put they were closed online. Great food and always good service. Be prepared to wait because normally only 1 person is staffed. I love their food.
I called this location before driving over to let know I would be there close to closing time. I was told to come on in,"not a... problem"...I drove my 20 minutes to pull up at 8:45..Store closes at 9:00. There were 2 customers finishing their order. As Iapproached the counter,from minimum of 15 ft away, I heard,"We're closed!" Yelled from a long-haired guy with his hat onbackwards...Now i'm easy, you could've said that you we're out of everything except for this,and I would've simply orderedthat.The bread proofer/over had a ton of bread in it,and nothing had been put away yet. My money was not needed nor was theother 2 customers that wetr walking in at the same time as I...Poor customer service and poor hygiene from this worker willnever recieve my business again.
