???????? This came on my door dash order tonight. Unacceptable me and my daughters will not eat here again.

Food was good service not so much. We watched our meal sit on counter for 5minutes while service went to the drive through and 4... girls behind the register wasted time gossiping loudly rather than focus on getting my meal to me. The quality of this location has went downhill in the last few months. They have become incredibly slow and incompetent. I don't... know if it's the management or the quality of the employees they are hiring but it's a bad reflection on Zaxby's as a hole. I love Zaxby's; the food never disappoints. I usually order a salad,, which is filling & delicious, or the traditional wings. ... Best thing about their wings, they're regular sized chicken wings; so much unlike most places around that seemed to serve thesmallest chicken wing off the farm. First of all fryer oil needed to be changed. Got shorted on fries (seriously we got about 5 fries each) Fries and bread were... soggy. Cole slaw tasted like it didn?t have any dressing. Had to ask for sauce because it was not included in one meal. Will notbe going back to this location. I have been to the Zaxbys in Oxford and loved it. Something needs to change at this location.
