Ordered food because obviously I?m hungry then lost my hunger because there was a deep fried fly in my fries.????
Took FOREVER for someone to come and help me up front. An employee came out and went on the register, saw me but didn?t say... anything. Wasn?t like oh let me grab someone for you, no. This was over a month ago but someone was extremely rude to my mom and we had to go through the drive thru three times because... they wouldn't let us add something at the window and then just ignored that there wasn't supposed to be any sauces on something.She has since complained herself and gotten a freebie out of it but I feel like putting an explanation for my rating anywaywhile on a ratings spree. I never go to any McDonald's location unless I have no choice because whoever gets me from work orwhatever is making a stop there and every time I have to witness the interactions my ride has with the staff it just confirms myreasons for refusing to ever get anything from a McDonald's. Ordered at 8:12am inside and finally got food at 8:37am. When we asked why it is taking longer than 20 minutes she said they are... out of eggs. If it was so they should have told us not to order something that didn?t have eggs in it. Anyway there was anotherman who was waiting for his order who said he didn?t have any eggs in his order and was waiting for more than 15 minutes.Finally they gave our breakfast along with a free pie for waiting but that didn?t make it up. I stopped at 2 different McDonald's last night on my home and they were both out of Shamrock shakes. I called another one this... morning and they were out also. I called this one, and they said they still had them. So I drove the 16 miles to get my yearlyShamrock shake. Next year I won't wait until the end of the month. Read more
Worst experience ever. Entered drive thru at 7:42 finally ordered at 8:52 . Ordered 4 sausage mcmuffins with egg. That's it. Just a heads up for DoorDash drivers, staff will not acknowledge you even if you're standing at the front counter for ten... minutes. I assumed they were getting the order ready still as it was a bigger order. Finally someone noticed and said DoorDashis here, hands me the bags that had been sitting there this whole time. I said seriously? I've been standing here for tenminutes. She said "you gotta holler at us". I said I would assume they would notice someone standing at the front register witha DoorDash bag, and she said the decorative wooden wall blocks their view. So I guess if you try to be polite, don't bother. Ifyou aren't actively bothering them, they will not respond to you. Read more
