Hands down, the worst pizza place in existence. Have ordered here several times and each time, the driver has stated that they... couldn?t find our address, even though we have ordered from many others places to deliver at the location and haven?t ever hadany issues. This last time, we placed an order at 1pm. At 1:30pm, I got a call from the driver, saying he was at the addressbut didn?t have the number. He was at an entirely different address across town (an address a previous driver had delivered anorder to and is a completely different address than what was provided). By 2pm, we still had no gotten our pizza. By 2:10, wedecided we should make other arrangements and ordered from someplace else. We called and canceled the order. Avoid thislocation at all costs. Employees talk over you when you are trying to help, they set their employees up with incorrectinformation and then argue that it?s your fault when they get it wrong. Read more
Ordered medium pizza with pineapple and pepperoni yesterday...and when I got to my place opened it I can barely see the... pineapple..I counted it...there were literally 16 small chunks of pineapple....c'mon domino's..what happened? Read more
Ordered online delivery to my home. My house is on a hill with steps leading to the front porch. Delivery driver refused to walk... up stairs because he said "I have bad knees" and made me walk down to the street to get my delivery from him. Domino's shouldhire employees who meet the requirements of the job. Plenty of other pizza places around deliver with no issue. Read more
Order from Ansonia, CT Dominos all the time. The app is very easy to use. The prices for the amount of food you?re getting no... other pizza place or franchise restaurants can come close to offering a better deal. My order are always correct and the pizzaquality has me constantly coming back. Whoever they hired to make the pizzas before they go in the oven needs a raise becausethey?re awesome at their job.
