Just wanted to let people know, if you request hot sauce, soy sauce which comes standard with your meal ( not extra) they will... charge you $ 1 per packed, no lie. At the office, we ordered a few meals. each person was charged $1 for sauce packet and $1for a plastic bag per meal. Mind you it was delivered in a paper bag in a box. They do not tell you this. Horrible service here. The employees are so extremely rude. The owner is constantly rude. He never greets u or says thank you.... Also we always ask for him to put a couple fortune cookies in our bag for the little kid we have that loves them and hepurposely never puts them in the bag even when we tell him multiple time so and then when he does he gets rude and one time hecharged us for the fortune cookies also the food went down hill. This is usually my favorite Chinese food place to go to but I ordered and it took 2 hours for my food to come. Chicken was... burnt, rice was really mushy and the egg rolls has an off taste to it. It could?ve just been today and it?s busy but it was veryawful. Read more
We?ve been ordering from here for years, we try to give each bad experience the benefit of the doubt and try again, but no more.... The rice was overcooked and mushy, also had zero taste, I ordered sweet & sour chicken and they didn?t give me my sweet & sour.I also ordered the chicken noodle soup, it was gross and I didn?t even eat it. My husband ordered boneless spareribs and theywere nasty and rubbery. We?ve heard plenty of excuses from the restaurant and we try again because we used to love it, but nowit?s time to find a new one. Any suggestions? Read more
Don't order from here unless you're picking the food up yourself. Delivery takes 2 hours or longer and then on top of that they... send us the sweet and sour chicken with no sauce. How do they forget the sauce? Also when you call to check on your order theymake up a time as to when the food will arrive. The delivery experience is bad. If you want to pick up your food you may havebetter luck. I personally will never order from here again. My family might place an order for Chinese and get it from here butif I'm doing the order I'm absolutely positively not ordering from here. Read more
This is the best restaurant in the valley area!!! No matter what I order, its always fresh and delicious. I call ahead of busy... times to avoid a long wait.. its worth it everytime. I have tried the other chinese in the area and ive regretted it. Hands downthe best quality food around. Read more
