Randell and jasmine were working hard and efficient. The other two were burning customers food had customers waiting 25 plus... minutes and we?re talking n working extremely slow. It was like they were under the influence of something because they couldn?teven focus on 1 order without forgetting something or burning something. Definitely mind blowing! I feel extremely sorry for thetwo workers that were working at a good paste and focus on getting the customers out Randell and Jasmine They need a raise! Theother two need more training and taught about team work because what I saw was two team workers who have given up and left theother workers to do the bull of the work! That was so sad to watch! Everyone complains about this Taco Bell and now I see theircomplaints are very valid! Hope managers can shape this work place up because this was a sad experience. Even more sad part themanager Alex is Right there and OK with those two working harder than the other two that was just goofing off and goingextremely slow and even stopped multiple times just to go even slower. They didn't have the tortilla for the crunchwrap, so they let me get the nachos as a substitute. The nachos were layered with... fresh toppings and not just thrown together with no care. I was impressed with the service and how the staff handled some rudecustomers that day. Read more
Went for breakfast. Location is supposed to open at 9am. We were knocking on the door until 910. An associate came out with an... attitude explaining they were not going to be opening yet. She proceeded to walk to a car parked in the lot where she had towake another associate up who had been sleeping to make them come into work. This Taco Bell is always giving people issues. Today I go into Taco Bell the lady told me that I could only order 4 items the... limit because short of staff, I got four kids I was planning to feed. I order four tacos but then she said do you want anythingelse. I said you just told me I could only order four tacos only, it makes no sense what they are doing. This is ridiculous theyhad like more then 2 people there. They could?ve taken my full order no other cars in the drive thru. The manager should lookinto talking with their staff. Read more
I would actually put 0 stars!!! Everytime I order at night the food is cold. I'd rather go to McDonald's, Burger King or... Duchess. You have lost my business!!! Get some workers who actually know how to warm up food!! As a matter of fact you shouldclose early. Read more

Waited 27 minutes in drive thru lane. Couldn?t even leave cause they force you through the line with the cement curbs..ordered... food, woman was rude.. got our order, no straws and dare I say no damn meat or toppings on the tacos. We ordered four tacos. Every single one was wrong and they felt like they came out of the refrigerator. The Cinnabons were old... and stale. I give up. They almost NEVER get the order right and it's nothing but frustration. Go somewhere else. Read more
