Bunch of kids working who can?t get the orders or the food right, overcharged me for fries when i had a coupon, then short... changes me $5. make sure to count your money, because obviously their cashiers dont know how to. McChickens were cold and frieswere stale, ended up having to re-cook everything myself. this really reflects on how poorly the general management trainstheir staff members. I called their store about the issue, and not only does the employees make up a bunch of excuses andfalsely claim they?re the manager speaking, but the actual manager who picked up the phone ended up hanging up on me with zeroresolve. They had to brew fresh coffee for my iced coffee, so it was a little late and they were so nice and everyone kept coming out... every few mins to say it?s almost done. They were just so nice and accommodating and gave us free food as well. Just had toleave a good review Read more

I went to this McDonald?s with my aunt while visiting her in Sacramento and the food was good and fresh! I got a hot and spicy... mcchicken fries and chocolate chip cookies. The light skin girl at the first window that took our order was nice and had goodcustomer service. Read more
McDonalds did great job on interior remodeling! Looks very contemporary I would say European style. ???? Yes for apple pay!!! ... ???? Menu didn?t change much over the years. No playground at this location but this is still one of the nicer location that Iseen. Read more
The service is fast, staff was nice but due to app error I paid for 2 coffees instead of one and bad part of it was that the... coffee was not what I was expecting, either they forgot the exact amount of or clean. Other all food was good Read more
This McDonalds only gets worse each time. Doesn?t prepare food well all the time. Your lucky if your food is prepared well.... Service sometimes sucks and it sometimes takes 15 minutes to get a drink. Sadly it?s the only McDonalds near me which is theonly reason I keep coming. Read more
It's McDs. Sometimes the food is fresh, other times it definitely feels like it spent too long under a heat lamp. The staff here... are generally nice, though I do tend to get irritated at how often I will order something and immediately get asked, "anything,else?", then order something else, and the same thing, over and over. I've been asked that over 8 times in a single order - and,inevitably, when they do keep asking, they get the order wrong and have to fix it. They ARE good about fixing it, it justrequires more time wasted. Read more
