Usually everything goes smoothly today I came in to order a pizza. 2 employees one making pizza and would not take orders, the... other helping a customer download the app to order then spent more than 30 minutes ordering his pizza. It took 20 minutes tojust place my order that that was before the old man finished ordering, I had to complain and I don't like doing that. Read more

This is the second time I got pizza from here and the bubble up in the middle & all the cheese and sauce & toppings fall off in... the bottom of my oven. Zero stars if possible. We ordered 2 pizzas last night. The pepperoni pizza had a long black hair in it. No problem, things can... happen. Well, to our surprise even the vegetarian pizza had a long black hair in it. And those are just the ones we found. Wecalled the store immediately to speak to a manager. A young girl advised that no manager was available but offered to take downmy number for a manager to call us back. Unfortunately nobody saw any urgency to call in the last 24hrs. Since the pandemic we have eaten Papa Murphy's more than usual & have never been disappointed. The kids like regular ole... pepperoni and the hubs and I love the garlic chicken with white sauce. Yum! Read more
