Great sandwiches and they aren't as skimpy with the proteins and toppings like some other shops.
Sandwiches were good. But I was given an expired bottled Sprite. They were kind enough to give me a fountain drink instead since... all their bottles had the expiration date of April2022 but I didn?t love them trying to insist it was the manufactured dateinstead of pulling the product. I did Google whether it was an expiration date vs manufactured date prior to bringing it totheir attention but I didn?t want to start anything so I just left it alone after I was offered a fountain drink. Nothing wrong with a lot of avocado but I should've asked for it on the side. Just like to taste everything in the sandwich. I... had the Club Sandwich and it was on point. And you couldn't ask for any better customer service. Read more
Probably the worst location to order a sandwich from. My husband went to get me a sandwich because I was craving one and togos... happens to be my favorite sandwich place. However, the service is terrible and doesn?t listen to what your order is. We ordereda large and was given a small. They asked if it was the same sandwich and we said yes. But they put avocado in it! Dear managers you must replace the credit card machine it makes it WAY TOO COMPLICATED to pay and tries to force you to tip ... which is super annoying and uncomfortable. I can tip if I want to. And the sandwich was actually very good although abit pricierthan Subway Read more

Ordered and No 7 and No 10. Togos has lost me as a customer.. the roast beef was just OK and was cold and was supposed to be... hot! The No 10 was horrible .....the actual roll was so soggy you couldn't even pick it up to eat it and fell apart in yourhands! I have been a customer of Togos since they opened in San Jose in 1971 near San Jose State in An old remodeled house. Theyhave always been my go to Sandwich of choice place. For $21.55 for 2 regular sandwiches that were close to beingunedible.....inexcusable. maybe it's just this location, but I have ordered here before and never had such poor quality!
