The personal BBQ platter has everything..grilled chicken, pulled pork, sausage, and 3 ribs with a side salad and coleslaw and... baked beans with a warm roll. Not a bad spot for lunch or dinner. I happened to go at about 2pm, and it was not to busy, but food took a long time to get to... the table. The bread we got was pretty good, but it was by no means hot. Our server was prompt with drink refills and thingslike extra bbq sauce. The food was pretty good, my pulled pork on my bbq tray was dry as white sands, but other than that I hadno complaints. Not sold that the food was worth the price point, but I had a good time. Had the Peach & Horchata liquor drinks & they were both really good, real fan of the Peach drink. Had the green hatch chili... soup, highly recommended. & the strawberry great American salad was super delicious as well. Entree we had a sirloin, & I asteak burger, great American doesn’t disappoint! Read more
My boiled veggies were burnt. The kids burger buns were hard enough to hit on the table and thud. Steak was ordered medium but... was given VERY well done. So not one meal was right or good. This was after an hour and a half wait. Read more
Great steak and fantastic service. My waitress was always one step ahead of me, treated me like royalty. Attentive to little... things, like getting me extra butter or a preemptive refill. The rib eye tasted good. The loaded baked potato wasn't anything towrite home about, but I didn't come for the potatoes and everything else was fantastic. After so many years my wife and I came back to El paso to visit. It's been years since we ate at Great American steakhouse and... this was our first time to eat again in this place. Oh wow, the food and service still great. We ordered the 20 oz T-bonesteak and it's cooked perfectly well so tender and juicy. This steakhouse is one of the best steakhouse I have eaten. The foodand the service is excellent. The servings are huge and the price is reasonable. I definitely recommend 100% this place. Read more
