Very disappointed the last 2 or 3 times there . I've given them the opportunity to change my view , after the last 3 visits... , but at least they're consistent . The chicken is overcooked (dry) and with very small pieces . I understand the prices myhave gone up , but the $20.00 , bucket is now$26.+. If a so called pizza place in Wausau can have way better chicken than a KFCsomething is wrong . They use to be good . Read more
Very disappointed. KFC used to be on of my favorites, but the last few times...thumbs down. I don't know if they changed their... recipe or what the issue is, but it tasted like all the herbs and spices have turned into SALT. The coleslaw used to be the bestanywhere, now it's dry. Just came in for a bucket of chicken and a sandwich and was rushed through the drive thru even after being made to wait to... order. The cashier "Will"gave me the excuse they were busy. Long story short I didnt get my sandwich because he pushed thebutton to send the order through and didnt feel I should be treated like that and should have been able to place my whole orderat that time. Customers should not be rushed out of the drive thru. Read more
