Over the years this location has gotten worse and worse. Today we stopped in for lunch and used the kiosk because no one came to... help us in the front. The machine worked fine but never gave us a receipt, and the staff could not get us one either. After wegot home we noticed that we were missing milk. We called and they could not help us because we had no receipt. The person on thephone was also rude to us and said the kiosks are all working fine. This McDonald's is in need of employees. I submitted my application, had an interview, and this is what I got in... return..... First off, thanks for applying! Right now, no position is available that best utilizes your skills. You'll becontacted if your preferred location's needs change. So,I sent this on response: This store, in Antigo, is complaining that theydon't have enough workers at this location. I have the skills to take people's orders and operate the cash register. I have theskills to drop fries and push a broom. I still had no response to why they denied me employment. They told me, during myinterview, how they don't have a third shift because they got burned too many times with people not showing up for work. Also,the assistant manager who I interviewed with had asked if I would start out on second shift and if they do decide to operate ona third shift, if I would be open to then switch to third...I told him that I'm open for any position on second or third. I'mtrying to find employment in this town and keep getting denied. I'm a hard worker and I am more than qualified to work a cashregister, drop fries, and push a broom. And trust me, this McDonald's need someone to upkeep their lobby! I'm just a personlooking for a job that is long term at a place with job security. Read more
Well I went to the drive through waited 25mins and then my order wasn't right. I went back and they fixed my order and... apologized repeatedly. So I wasn't upset with them. At least they were there and working night shift. Only two girls. Read more
This location needs better trained staff and more of them. I continued to watch order after order get screwed up. The kiosks are... an absolute joke! The point of having a machine to take your order is to make your experience easier. Not so much. I hope thislocation does a turn around in quality and customer care. Read more
I am sad to say that after messing up my order they went to make the correct coffee which was a iced caramel macchiato and they... still made it completely wrong? if you?re going to make somebody coffee at least know what you?re doing? I will no longer begoing to McDonald?s for my favorite coffee drink :( Learn how to do your jobs please. For a five dollar drink you can at leastlearn how to make it correctly. Read more
The Antigo Wisconsin McDonald's is the worst McDonald's ever. Everytime we go there, we are always disappointed. We have been... cheated out of fries, plastic in our burger, and food was not correct. I complained and got 2 coupons for free value meals. Wedecided to give it one last chance, and went into the restaurant and ordered a Big Mac value meal and a Double Quarter Ponderdeluxe value meal. My husband ordered 3 regular hamburgers and a large fry. It took forever to order, and when we received ourfood, ALL OF IT WAS COLD!!! It was unbelievable. We decided not to complain, we are never going back to that McDonald's, that isowned my Killian Corp.And you can see that the restaurant is empty, at lunchtime, if that tells you anything. I am so tired ofnot having good food there. I would give -5 stars if I could. So my advice is, Don't go to the Antigo McDonald's, go to Culver'sinstead. At least your food will be hot. Read more
Gross Chicken Sandwich, made cold with un cooked batter and snot instead of meat. I did not eat it for fear of food born... illness. Lots of great chicken sandwiches out their, this is the worst. Read more
Always an awful experience, very rude employees. Every time we go there it?s almost a fight. It?s getting ridiculous, food sucks... too. No one knows how to do there jobs there apparently. Takes 4 of them to figure one thing out. ???? Read more
