This was, by far, the worst Subway experience I've ever had. I understand they were busy but had to repeat myself multiple... times. Long wait time. No one seemed to know how to make our wraps; however, the cashier who made mine was new, so understandable. We... were asked by an older woman 4 times what we were getting. Proceeded to eat & a few bites in, my husband found a very long hairembedded into his sandwich. The older woman who had made his was aggravated & said she'd remake it, my husband politely declined& asked for a refund. Cashier was very polite & apologized saying that this was the third time today this situation hadhappened... I am in awe. Read more

3 strikes and I'm out !! 3 times my wife brought home sandwiches for dinner from Antigo Subway 3 times the bread was disgusting... and hardly anything in either of out subs NEVER AGAIN plus she said the place was not clean !! Manager should be ashamed!!!! Read more

Ordered the buffalo chicken sub and they used regularly chicken (which is fine), but didn't put the hot sauce on until the end... and then put it on the lettuce and not even the chicken. The other sub I ordered was fine. Slow service. Read more

Occasionally go to this Subway when we grocery shop in Antigo Wi. Always have fantastic service and sandwiches even though they... seem understaffed. The man who takes our order with the USS Tarawa hat on knows what customer service is all about. He isalways upbeat and friendly. Very rare in this day and age. Read more

Do not order online. I took them 54 minutes to make a footlong with only tuna. They continued to take walk ins while ignoring my... order. They also made two other orders, placed after mine, before mine. They were understaffed and that's fair, but if this ishow they handle their online orders, I would advise never ordering online.
