THIS IS THE WORST 7-11 I have ever been to. The employees are rude af and discriminatory to everyone. I will never be back here.
Why is this store never open late night but claim to be 24 hours the doors are always locked like right now It?s almost like the... store clerk has gone to the back and went to sleep. I?ve watched at least five people come to this door and I waited just to seewhat would happen but yeah no clerk hardly ever on the late night. If you want to sleep stay at home other than that get someoneis going to be up to work 7-Eleven is losing money right now. I come here all the time only because my house is up the Street I always try to take extra money for me like I can?t count I?m... 11 I come here every month easter Sunday 2021 My cousin and my brother come to the Store bought game carts for PlayStation andhe didn?t even activate it . This is the third time and last time I come here! Clerk are rude not friendly at all simply No manners - also clerks are not... wearing mask! I ask him where is your mask? He said, "I have clear glass in front of me, i dont need mask"..at that momentcustomers, Three of them came in without mask ..no enforcement from the clerk! Every time I've come to this location, the clerk is either outside smoking or at the register and on a phone call. The store is... not clean, neat and often find outdated products. Notwithstanding, there are some unsavory people loitering around, whatappears to some "ladies of the evening", deal making and smoking of all sorts. A variety of ages, genders and ethnicities.7-Eleven, needs to step up a proactive role in making this a place of legitimate business before citizens choose other routes oflegal enforcement, beginning with health code violation reporting, ask for increased police presence, appealing to all those inand around wildhorse to track and report any suspicious behavior, and exercise every legal avenue possible, as well as theBBB. ALL employees are real rude , i went to buy a swisher i felt it and it was hard and it cracked before i even walked away from... the register so i asked for another . he became real rude and start yelln ths my last one nd that they are all fresh . they areall fresh . which they are not i have had many occasions where i bought one got home they cracked up nd old so i have to spendagain to get another one . nobody wants to do that everyday so i learned to check em there before walking away then when i saidi spend my money i should get a fresh one he yells and starts opening the register talkn bout i can get my money back . i hadmy 2yr old son with me . no customer who spends they money in the same store EVERYDAY faithfully should be treated that wayecspecialy with a lil kid with them . . . they raise prices at their free will . and close whenever they choose to not at thetimes of operation like it says Read more
Older guy (50+ Middle Eastern Desent) accused my cousin of stealing because he moved a cart and the guy yelled at him and than... my cousin apologized for moving it and while my cousin was coming outside to tell me they didn't have the drink I wanted theolder guy came outside and was on the phone and watching us than I got out of the car to pick a drink out myself and he keptsaying things to us so I told my cousin lets go and he was really rude, but I was parked for a bit trying to find anotherlocation and he kept throwing his hands up and looking at us and stood outside with a phone than he locked the door. This family owned business has been open for almost 20+ years. I?ve never had any problems with any of the employees there. They... provide really good customer service and is a good store for a quick pick up snack or drink. All these negative comments reflectthese negative customers themselves. Read more
