(2) they didn't even knowledge that I was there never... looked at me 4 employees were working in front just kept doing other things except attending to customers an I. Worst experience ever last night, my order was completely messed up. Ordered a family meal asked for breast to be included in... the order, lady taking the order says it will have 3 breast. Get home and zero breast. Never going back again $50.00 lesson???? Read more
No air conditioning in this popeye's. Visited this popeye's twice in 2 1/2 weeks. Still no air conditioning. Both trips there... orders took 20 minutes or longer .both times orders were wrong . No spoon for mashed potatoes. Or napkins .gave me fries iasked for mashed potatoes. Ask for 5 pieces tenders got 3 pieces.by the way they had 7 people working. Drive through person had the nastiest attitude when we pulled up to the intercom. Order 2 extra biscuits didn?t get them order a... lrg mash received a regular. Asked for extra dipping sauces they were not it the bag. Read more
I placed my order with no other customers in drive thru. Ordered 2 meals, popcorn shrimp with Mac and cheese and chicken tenders... and mashed potatoes no gravy because I am allergic to it. My order was ready quickly and the staff was friendly. I got my orderbut didn't check it before I got home. What a mistake!!! The shrimp hadn't been cleaned, sand and poop served with shrimp thatshould have been called jerky instead of popcorn. Half of the shrimp served was the coating with no shrimp. 3 we're edible.Chicken over cooked, dry and barely swallowable, and the mashed potatoes were smothered in the gravy that I said I didn't want.The biscuits were the best thing I got but were served with no butter. There were no napkins, no utensils, and also no receiptgiven!!! Even if I didn't drive the 5 miles back to the restaurant, I had no proof of purchase. The food quality and service at this particular location is consistently terrible. I wouldn?t continue to go if the other... location wasn?t an additional 20 minutes away. The sauces I picked on both order?s were missing. The mashed potatoes on one ofmy orders were missing. Neither order contained utensils for the mashed potatoes. When the cashier handed me the missing mashedpotatoes it was covered in mashed potatoes and gravy. The shrimp in my order was over battered and over cooked. The shrimp wasso over cooked they were not edible. It was basically shrimp jerky. There really needs to be something done corporate wise tobring the quality of this franchise location up to par. This is looks good from the outside. But as soon as you come in everything looks out of orders. It?s doesn?t look clean at all.... As you can see from the images the chicken has been sitting there for a while. Chicken was dryer then a Desert. The soda so alsoflat. 0/0 for us. Customer services was ok. That?s it. Read more
