5 people got helped in the drive-through before 1 person in the store in line. 6 gals working and not one of them willing to... open a second register when I asked. I was very upset that the 1 girl ringing up was also making the drinks she took the orderfor inside the store. All other 5 girls were on the drive through and online orders. I stood there looking stupid for 30 minutes before I walked up to the counter and asked about my order which I was told I'm... sorry we forgot. Line about 5 people who'd ordered in advance also waited 30min no food or drinks. This Starbucks is located in Antioch it is fairly busy the dry fruit is pretty much impossible I do recommend if you're in the... area you use the store not the drive through. The staff is wonderful they're always very inviting and cheerful and the drinksare spectacular definitely recommend. Read more
Parking lot is chaos and the drivers coming out of Starbucks always zoom out with out stopping or looking first. Drive thru... needs to be moved. Before someone is seriously injured. Kids are near cause of the ice cream shop. Please be safe out there.Cars will not always stop for you. Read more
I came here to have a meeting. We chose to sit outside. There were plenty of tables and chairs available, though only a couple... of the tables were clean. My clients got drinks and food. One got the breakfast sandwich with the plant-based protein...shedidn't like it much. They did, however, enjoy their drinks. Read more
I walked in @ 10:45am the place was empty drive Tru was no busy 5 cars the most I walked to the counter one young lady said... will be right with You Sir! I've only gone to this location twice. So I can't say this happens often but I found a bug in my tea. Unfortunately I did not... touch or check my drink before I drove off and got to work. I know accidents happen but this was very gross and unfortunate. Idkif I'll visit this location for a while. Read more
